Property dah turun harga sekarang. Yang ada banyak asset pun susah nak sewakan musim covid ni sebab nak cari penyewa berkualiti pun tak senang. Ramai penyewa jenis tak boleh bayar sewa

ngoks nya soklan dia nie. ko nak jual rumah rege 6juta tengah2 musim covid nie. ko tak tengok ke keadaan keliling ko cm mana. satu lagi aq laa klu ada 6 jota tu baik aq beli rumah baru jer yang rege murah sikit.. baru boleh beli berbijik2..

btw bisnes dia nie ok lagi k..? sebelom covid pon nmpk mcm sendu jer apatah lagi musim covid nie. homestay dia confirm2 dah xder org nak cek in sebb xleh nak rentas negeri kan..?

syg la hg tok alip.. mmg dia ada rumah lain utk middle class.. tp property mcm jgn la beli klu utk investment.. xsesuai... klu aku jd hg, aku beli rumah murha banyak2.. sasaran golongan b40 nk bg sewa.. nk jual pun mudah skit nk cairkan

Ini la padahnya dpt laki hormon mak2 nok..segala ceruk kelebek smpai ke langsir pon cakna..meja mkn ala2 lampu atas chandelier table setting onz 24jam tp ank beranak pakat dok mkn meja belakang..apooo??tu namanya masih takde rezeki,sbb menghabiskan duit tanpa memanfaatkan ape yg dibeli tu..just utk tayang jdkan props dlm yt..

Lg sorang si asyalie sumpah aku xtau ape produk dia katenya skincare,tuptup kata giler hermes bersusun dlm wardrobe rmh pon wlupun landed teres tp high end reno pon bole tahan..sape jela dok pakai produk diorang smpai kaya raya mcm ni..lepas dah kaya,harusla sesi merakam hidup 24jam celik mata je terus rakam..

Aku tak caya dia ni. Pavilion suites tu paling mahal pun around 4.5m. Takkan fully furnished pun sampai 1.5m kan. Tu services residence kot. Barang2 dalam rumah tu patutnya mmg dah lengkap.

P/s sorry pavilion residence Rupanya. Tp kat IG properties dia tu list pavilion suites jah. Gila banyak rumah juta2 dia ni

Iye kdg2 bukan tenant sengaja tp ada yg kena buang kerja, bisnes slow. Nasib baik i x ada rumah utk sewa kan. Kalau x, i xtau nk bg discount ke x sbb dekat bank still kena byr. Income sedia ada pulak berkurang
