I tak kaki mkn....tapi sejak cucuk sinobek ni menjadi2 nafsu mkn..asyik nk mengunyah... berat makin naik sejak vaccine ni...dr 52kg dh naik 54kg... harap2 x lama la camni..

Bahaya juga berlapar orix.. badan kita jd lemah..virus mudah menyerang

Idok le berlapar 7 hari seminggu. Isnin khamis mmg puasa. Hari Sabtu n Selasa iols buat vegan diet. Ahad mmg makan sesuka hati.

Ms puasa Ramadhan pun iols selalu puasa 22hrs - 23 hrs. Sahur iols minum air jah. Tapi masa berbuka memang makan sepuasnya. Idok le kurus bak Kendal Jenner mahupun Dua Lipa. Tp boleh la menten 46kg - 48kg

Macam mana nak bagi tak lapor eh? Ke mmg kena tahan lapor?

aku pun baru jer mula if ni. rasa menyesal pulak tak buat dua tiga tahun lepas baca...bukan apa, mungkin sebab tak berapa faham atau kefahaman itu hanya diperolehi bila dah buat sendiri... kalau tau benefit dia dah lama buat.

buat in stage.. mula2 tak makan selain tiga kali sehari tu, lepas tu lama skit baru skip breakfast, masa ni boleh dah buat 18:6, 18 jam tak makan windows makan 6 jam, tetapi makan cuma dua kali shj, kalau masih rasa lapar fight bolehlah makan dengan makan lemak, atau kopi teh...


bila dah stabil skit baru skip lunch iaitu akhirnya dah dapat buat omad(once meal a day) jdi if dah sampai 24jam... next stage is autophagy.. more than 24 hours fasting.. ada yang buat dua hari, tiga hari empat dan seterusnya... if ni bukan macam puasa ramadhan kita boleh minum minuman yang tak rangsang insulin.. basically tak boleh minum segala jenis gula (carbo) and protein. biasa yg dicadangkan air kosong, kopi atau teh yang dicampur minyak kelapa atau mct oil untuk fight rasa lapar..

klu nak buat mula2 mesti ada motivasi yang betul.. setakat motivasi itu nak diet memang susah nak jalanlah. yang kedua jenis diet yang dibuat tu mesti tak dibebani dengan rasa lapar yang menyiksa ttp pada masa yang sama rasa bertenaga...contoh2 jenis diet ialah spt keto, atkin, paleo

Uols brain fog sbb ada illness atau effect ubat ke? Sbb iols pun ada jugak tpi iols x boleh fasting selalu since gastrik n gerd makin teruk
