jd leper atau pun jd gemuk bila dah tak workout
tak payah mkn ayam sampai seekor klu setakat nak menten ambik supplement je mcm whey proteinmasalah nak menten ni masa dgn duit
klu dah busy mmg tak sempat nak workout dah, workout pulak bukannya sekejap mau 2-3 jam
pastu duit lg nak beli supplement, nak mkn banyak2 ni mula2 je sanggup bila dah lama rasa tak boleh nak telan tu yg guna supplement je
supplement pun klu hari2 ambik jemu jugak mcm saya dulu guna mass gain mula2 sedap lama2 rasa muak jenuh nak habis
sekarang ni saya menten kurus je lah

nak bulky kena ambik banyak kalori klu biasa ambik 2000 kalori kena tambah jd 3000-4000 kalori sehari
bila dah bulky baru cutting fat nak nampak lean
bila dah lean mmg kena ambik high protein sbb nak menten
tp cara ni mmg susah sbb tu ramai ambik steroid
lg satu klu ambik high protein je tp jumlah kalori dlm sehari tak mencukupi tak naik pun muscles
jgn tertipu dgn iklan2 supplement protein tu semua nipu je

Perghh tudiaa bukan main susah lagi nak menten. Acik salut semangat ko dik.. Komitmen kne la sape yg buat bdn ni. Tu blm yg jenis badan besar gedabak tapi kaki halus.. Haha Kurus xpe aslkan fit je org kata hehe |

Iyoelah...ego selari dengan kebesaran muscles theols. Sembang mesti nk poyo jew kt Fesbuk...kalau kat shopping complex tu kalu berjalan mesti nak mendada... Pigidahhh majoriti muka hauk/pecah cam sbb tu kena ganti balik apa yg kurang itew.

There's no right or wrong method. Setiap orang lain2 body. Tak semua kena bulky dulu, then baru cutting. Bcoz ada kwn lelaki i, dia mmg jenis badan besar, so kena calories deficit saja. Dia tak perlu nak bulking lagi. Depends on that individual, medical health too. That's why i said that in general, kene mkn high protein to maintain lean muscle for stay in shape. The leaner you are, the harder it gets to lose those last few pounds.
Mcm mael ni, dia mmg skinny nak gain muscle mass. So kena la bulking. Bergantung pada orang ya. Optimum workout time is 1-2 jam je. Tak ada la smpai 3 jam workout. 15-20mins for activation and ada split schedule focus on isolation muscle group. If you hit your plateu, that's when you need to change your macros, workout, split schedule ocassionally until you get your desire goals. |

Diet and workout, both kena consistent. At least 3-4 kali workout seminggu. Sekali seminggu cardio or HIIT for improve your heart rate.
Dan jaga diet supaya tak makan fastfood, junkfood, processed food sgt yang boleh affect buah pinggang pd masa akan dtg. Kalau ada ambil supplement, make sure setahun sekali check blood pressure, cholesterol level sbb dlm whey protein tu high cholesterol. Supplement is good, but for some cases if you consume it for a long time, those muscle mass gainer, or other supplements could affect your internal organs. Please seek for medical advice before consume supplements. |

Ongkaye takda masalah bila2 masa boleh katang janji berdisiplin.
Pasnih boleh cantikkan gigi juga untung byk duit tak perlu byk fikir sgt.
Iols nak tanam sebatang gigi pun jenuh memikir udahnya duk tangguh nak cabut gigi sbb nak tunggu bajet cukup dulu. Mahal sgt kot sebatang je dah dekat 10k |
