dia boleh set auto reply kan kat whatsapp business.

kdg peniaga2 nie rasa diri dia betul sgt, letak ayat siap2 kt page camtu je dia ingat ok sgt dah. takde sense of hargai customers langsung.

manage la camne pun tuk reply 1st text dari customers. baru la namanya Open for Business. sama cam org masuk kedai betul, mesti kita greet and layan kan.

Patut sebelum ko start menega, ko take into account all probabilities that a bakery will have to face. Ilmu ni boleh dapat dari pembacaan atau bertanya dengan mereka yg dah lama buka bakery. Ilmu ni termasuklah cara nak handle & tackle customer or customer to be. Diplomasi wajib ada & jangan bawak isu dengan customer ke social media

seller tu pon mungkin salah sebab pergi viral terus macam tu. Tapi si buyer tu boleh je kan ignore je ataupun reply je la ala kadar. Take perlu berjela, unless kau memang nak beli situ sebenarnya cuma frust. Tapi tu la, harap la buyer tu boleh kurangkang ego and seller pon boleh improve lagi management skill dia
