ai rela berzumba joget2 yeah joget2 zumba lagi peluh byak keluar dari taiso ini pernah bersenam ketika kerja company korea cam budak sekolah rendah/perempuan gemuk/orang tua punya senaman

I as technical support, memang kena jalan sana sini..balik keja pun i make sure will workout 20 mins.
Kalau ada time nak compile report..hah...time tu la mata macam di hembus hembus..suruh pejam.

hmm i have to sit all the time coz work memang in front of pc only..
so i will find my own time to move here and there from time to time so i have chance to walk around.. else will kena sakit pinggang later on..
just sharing, during my previous employment at bigger US company.. from time to time we have to have break and have to exercise.. whoever exercise will get a chop/point on the collect card, and once finish can get a voucher.. so can motivate ppl to do some exercise lor.. |

Yes..mmg sedentary. Pagi masuk ofc..balik dah malam
Dulu sempat la jugak nak pergi workout and swimming, skrg ni x sempat dah since dah promoted. |

No, yes, no. Dulu aktif turun site meronda2 supervise, lepas tu kerja dalam aircond jer, sekarang, i have an occupational disease, tak boleh duduk diam, kena juga bergerak selagi kerja tak siap walaupun dah penat |

Dah keje nya memang duduk je.. aptb..
Cuma last couple of years dah stat aktif sikit2..badan makin tua tak boleh manja sangat..nanti makin teruk puleks. |

Ye memang akan duduk je depan pc tu dari pagi sampai petang, tapi saya banyakkan minum air supaya asyik nak pegi toilet, so takde la duduk je kat situ. Petang2 kalau tak hujan, saya suka turun exercise. Sekarang ni nak tambah exercise sebelum pegi kerja tapi belum berjaya sebab asyik tak dapat bangun lagi awal. |

Combination of yes and no.
Yes for many years, keje keje keje duduk ngadap pc.Takde exercise. Kuat makan nasi.Yang nasib baik i kuat makan tapi badan tak naik, dengan i suka naik public transport (walk to train station) dengan jalan2 dlm shopping mall for 6-7 hours on weekend.
Now dah improved for last 4 years, i reduced my work hours to 4 jam a day. So ngadap pc kejap je la, balik rumah rest or tidor kejap, pegi yoga for 2hrs every day.Makan ikut time, less nasi, dinner by 6pm. Dah tak berapa jalan2 dlm shopping mall dah, jimat duit

Yes during my office hour (12 hours day syif & 12s hour nite syif). Gosh. I'am not able to walk around since my job is deal with public safety..
But try to be active during my off day. i'll change my character 360 degree. I need to balance my life style. House chores, exercise, window shopping etc etc...

Sejak graduated.
Dah kerja I jenis deskbound. Hadap laptop memanjang.
After work terus balik & rest. Mentally tired.
On weekend je I do some exercise. |
