Sepanjang I period seminggu lebih kali ni mmg diet hauk gila... aiskrim, pepsi, chocolate, popcorn semua belasah wpun tak banyak mana pun makan huhuhu... as a result wpun berat tak naik, I can feel bahagian perut naik sedangkan sblm tu mcm ok je.
Tadi last belasah aiskrim hahaha esok kita control sugar intake balik.
Kena kuatkan semangat balik ni. |

Nak baca tp ngantuk nya la haihh tp nk gak baca. Iols dah lama tak workout sbb sibuk nk membaking, ekceli tu pun dah penat gila sbb iols wat kije berdiri dan suka guna hand mixer, atau manual guna whisk so mmg penat. blm bila menguli dgn tgn bila buat pastri pastu kadang2 nk mkn pun tak sempat.duk depan oven je dah mcm bersauna.
Tp iols still kawal mkn dan menten puasa sunat isnin dan khamis sejak 2012 hingga skrg ni.
Cuma takdan nk bersenam. Tp rasanya wat kije2 umah layan ank kecik yg tgh membuas dan membaking je dah cukup penat wehh satu hari kemas umah tak terkira kdg2 xtau napa asik nk kemas umah je huhuhu.
Btw berdasarkn pengalaman tanpa bersenam pun kita blh kurangkn berat jnji makan tu yg utama kena eat clean dan seimbang pastu jgn lah duk diam rileks je. Wat kije umah pun Satu senaman gak. |

Yg sapu vco tu tuk tegangkn ker?
Iols nih nk sapu yg mcm2 kang ank mengopek lg,minggu depan dia genap 2 tahun mmg igt tanak renew dah kontrak tp makin kita hari2 duk niat nk stop dia makin kuat lak nyusu ngalahkan baby dlm hari.
Kadang tu saje je xnk bg tp dia meraung plak tak sampai ati adoii serba salah weh tp mmg niat sampai 2 tahun je sbb kali ni mmg tak larat dahh |

korset ni mmg membantu ke utk kecikkan perut?
dah pakai 2-3 hari tp sakit lenguh2 lower back yg kurang byk.
perut ku tetap ada satu pack cuma kecik dari biasa |

I baru je stop bfeed anak 2y 8m, berjaya jgk dah 2weeks + alhamdulillah setelah berbagai2 cara akhirnya last skali letak garam je terus menjadi hehe |

Sangat membantu bagi i. Yelah perut dah mengelebir lps loose weight selain dari buat senaman dan sapu lotion, pakai korset untuk bagi lebih kemas. I punya takde besi itu yg buat lagi selesa cuma kena rajin pakai. Sebab tu i berani jual yg i pakai sebab 1pcs aje tak leceh terus sarung. |

iols dah togok air tak kurang 2 liter sehari. Kdg2 3 liter lbih. Exercise 2-3 kali sminggu. X makan ...
Ade skip meal tak? Cukup portion 5 meals a day |

ada baca ummah kokosen buat baby diet, maknanya dia mkn mcm baby, all pureed food.
dpt la dia kurus.. lupa pulak baca kat mana..
