saman ni if it cause damage to reputation je, kalau ikutkan si kenid tu lagi banyak boleh saman tapi nak buktikan loss tu susah. contoh, if A n B nak kawen n dah kuar expenses bagai, then someone post dlm ig ke, komen ke or publish dlm paper or blog kata A tu pernah rosak anak dara org etc, and that caused B to cancel the wedding n ditch A, padehal tak betul pun, then A boleh lah take legal action kat the rumour spreader n kalau published, the site tu. if ada Dj sebut dlm radio, radio station tu bleh kena saman , mcm kes linda onn hari tu. tapi kalau betul selalunya org diam je, sbb nanti dlm court akan ada character assasination yg sangat dahsyat |
