weekdays slalu susah skit....psl balik kerja paling awal smp umah kul 6....but i try to do it 3 times a week....this week dah 4 times...i did about 25km this week....

hmmmm....one good thing kalu dah kurus nie....leh gi shopping baju baru...ada alasan kukuh gitu....hehe...pagi tadi timbang 51kg...perut pun ada buncit....aiyo....today is my low calories day....this morning bfast papaya 1 slice....that's 60 calories...

    i tahu ni dari instructor gym tpt i join...i jenis suka bertanya,ada masa terlebih2 peramah ...mcmana ni nk loose weight dgn cepat & selamat tanpa intake apa2 product..dia di minta fokus pada threadmill,bic,others jika i ada kesempatan coz masa i terhad utk lakukan semua tu...jln terbaik 3 equipment terpenting..dia suggest i minta mkn temato/epal hijau sebiji tiap2 hari...kurang kan mkanan berminyak,mkn nasi separuh,lebih kan sayur,protein&  ambil 6 intake food perday...awal pagi,ofis b'fast,snack pagi,lunch,snack ptg & mlm before 7...tgk hasil nya dlm masa 2 bulan..

mencabar juga pada i...

oooo.....tks for the advise...so mmg kene ensure ada protein ya....hurm..jajan rina sll amik klo lapar...mood buat keje so tak pasan lapar...sbb sll minum air masak. botol air 1 liter ni b4 lunch dh abes 1 botol..so dlm 8 jam, rina minum 2 l....mlm another 1 l air
