Yours still want support Maxis Wires Less Board Band?

On the modem, I was also very clear in myemails: the modem continues to belong to Maxis, even after the contract expires.

I have tried to be very transparent on ourbusiness logic. If you do not believe in our logic and think that we want totake advantage of you, please feel free to terminate the service at any time. Iassure you that we will not enforce any contract in your case.
With respect to the pricing, I continue tobelieve that RM 68 is the best deal in the market
All modem included USB and Wifi after contract and forever still belong to Maxis when you termination the service.
RM138-00 for USB 3.6m . So RM40-00* 18 months = RM 720-00 (RM98 is for access fees and modem rental is RM40)
USB modem pricing = RM 599-699 retail shop

Yours agree this contract ? However you have fully paid 18 months contract, USM modem still not belong to consumer, why you need pay more?

Maxis can't solve wires less board band
FYI
Maxis can't solve wires less board band problem at Klang Valley because too many user are register.
Please take note about it.
Whose register have to careful as below :
1.) Very slow access after 7PM
2.) Can't terminate home voice system, once yours terminate will triger as new contract.
3.) Can't upgrade or downgrade. Once yours upgrade and downgrade will triger as new contract.
4.) Forever Modem are belong to Maxis because that praticular modem is renting.
5.) System down time too much.
6.) Can't access some period at night time or peark hours session or sepcials days.
Who are terminate have to pay penaty.

no. i already contact their CS, and we are allow to do so after 6 months period f.o.c fee

yang tu tak tau pulak aku... mungkin jumlah baki 18 bulan kontrak (x) harga pakej yang kau pilih... is like the same whether u use it or not in that 18 months contract period, u pay the same price...

so, masalahnye disini die nak modem zte tu after 18 bulan die langgan,... dan setau aku memang modem tu milik maxis pasal dalam laman web maxis.com.my/broadband ada nyatakan dalam pakej diorang rm18 dah termasuk sewa modem tu... so kalau modem rosak ke ape bleh dapat ganti nanti...
installment aku bayar rm100 je kenape ade yg bayar rm200 nih? dan 1st bill aku bukan rm68 seperti yg aku langgan sebaliknya rm73 sebab extra rm5 charge utk billing itemised... yang ni totally hidden charge... time aku mule nak langgan dulu takde sape bgtau pasal ni.. tapi sekarang dah terminate...

aku pun sama kes ngan ko gak. tapi agen ada bagi tau pasal cancel home voice lepas 6 bulan. n pasal itemised billing.
agen tu tak bagitau pun pasal kontrak 18 bulan. dia cakap kalau tak puas ati boleh terminate! |

sepanjang aku pakai 3-4 bulan gak ler...huih....kadang ok...kadang tak ok tapi ada setengah2 tempat..dia laju...ok la.. |
