Due to the controversy, fans requested an analysis of the audio from a laboratory called the Digital Forensic Laboratory (CSI: Law), which specializes in analyzing digital material. A summary of the results of the analysis was shared on March 22.
The results say that rather than “I’d better swear in advance,” the comment made in the video was actually the similar-sounding “I’d better do it like this in advance.” The faces of the members speaking are largely not shown in the video, which has led to some disagreement over who made this comment. A comparison with other audio files by the laboratory led to the conclusion that this was Ha Sung Woon’s voice.
The report states that the sounds that follow this statement, which were allegedly swear words, were judged to actually be background sounds made by machinery.
In addition, it states that the comment that was alleged to be a sexual term was actually the phrase “Answer me.” While Ha Sung Woon was accused by some of stating this, it was concluded in the analysis that this was not his voice.
Ha Sung Woon’s fans have stated that they are currently in the process of filing a report of cyber defamation, and will be using the results as evidence.

Mental examinations, brainwave examinations, I got it all, and the result came out to be bipolar disorder. To conclude, I feel very apologetic about causing harm to many celebrities.”

On March 26, TOP Media revealed that 100% member and leader Minwoo has passed away.
Their official statement is translated below:
“This is TOP Media.
“We apologize for delivering this sudden and heartbreaking news.
“Our artist 100% Minwoo left our side on March 25.
“He was found without a pulse at his home in Gangnam. 911 first responders arrived but he was declared dead.
“His family, 100% members, TOP Media colleague artists, and staff members are all grief-stricken and mourning due to the unexpected sad news.
“As the oldest member of his team, Minwoo lead his members and truly loved fans as he was warm-hearted.
“Because everyone who knows Minwoo is aware of his kindheartedness and faithfulness, the sadness is even greater.

Again, the main reason for companies to be skeptical about the contract is because of YG’s history of struggling with doing things on schedule, and promising yearly comebacks seems farfetched. But even apart from that, it would make comebacks for their groups complicated due to logistics issues over basically half their contracts, would potentially expose the member to three years of constant promotion, and locks the companies into a long-term deal with a group from a show that did anything but prove its relevancy to the public.
