lina...haritu i tersalah lah...gim R kat umah i nie, not 80 per month....but 100 per month....tadi i dah gi try....i paid RM8, i used 3 equipment....treadmill, elip & bike.....i did about 15-16 mins each and burned 300 calories total.....after that i gi makan mee hailam....that's bout 280 calories....hehe....tadi ingat nak spent 1.5 hrs kat gim tapi someone lapar plak....so we all stop and go for makan lah....
Yesterday i did my walk 11.4km, burned 780 calories.....and at dinner ate ikan bawal masak 3 rasa ngan nasi sepinggan...hehe.... |

mahal gak ehh rm 100 sebulan tu.. kat area rumah lina ada gym.. alat dia leh thn bykkk..2 tingkat.. mcm menarik.. nnt nak cecuba tanya...selama ni lina gi gym bawah kondo je.. peralatan x byk pun..
jadi midori888 join x nnt gi gym tu? atau dtg byr hari2? best dpt bakar kalori 300 dlm 15 min... kalau lari atas treadmill(4-6) atau berbasikal(2-3) dlm tempoh tu baru dpt 200++ .. ni utk lina la... org lain mungkin beza... nak gi gym bawah ni pun mcm malas..dh rasa boring..buat benda yg sama... bdn pun dh bosan gak kot.. tu pasal bln lps x byk turun.. nak masuk plateau.. |
