Korea Buzz – HIGH CUT Choice Featuring Year 2009 Drama Best Couple



Koreamagazine, HIGH CUT, has released an announcement vote on November 19.This announcement vote is for HIGH CUT magazine issue 18.
The vote question is: Who is Year 2009 Drama Best Couple?

The nominees for this vote include: Goo Joon Pyo ♥ Geum Jandi (“Boys over Flowers” drama), TaeBong Lee ♥ Chun Ji Ae (“Queen of Housewives” drama), Jo Gook ♥ Shin MiRae (“City Hall” drama) and Kim Hyun Joon ♥ Choi Seung Hee (“IRIS”drama).

The ranking results as at November 25 are as below:



1. Goo Joon Pyo ♥ Geum Jandi (“Boys over Flowers” drama) – 45.3%

2. Tae Bong Lee ♥ Chun Ji Ae (“Queen of Housewives” drama) – 21.1%
3.  Kim Hyun Joon ♥ Choi Seung Hee (“IRIS” drama) – 20.3%
4. Jo Gook ♥ Shin Mi Rae (“City Hall” drama) – 13.3%

Eachperson is only allowed to cast 1 vote per day. The final voting resultscan be found at High Cut magazine issue 18 which is going to bereleased for sale from December 4 onwards.

As we know Andre Kim is having a Christmas Fantasy Fashion show and Award Show for the special actors and actresses and other celebrities on Friday November 27th at 4PM at his own garden in Kyungi Do.
In the articles above, following people were mentioned as having been nominated but I cannot say how truthful it may be and it did not say these nominated people will be attending. Somebody in DC said that Kim Bum probably cannot attend because he may be having a conference or opening of his new movie. And of course we do not know for sure about GHS. The figure skater Kim Yun Ah is also nominated but since she is in Canada, her father will be there instead. I realy did not read the article thoroughly but saw few interesting facts in there.
It appears that there is an award show for super brands of products and its stars who represent the products. I did not see GHS name in the article so she does not seem to be nominated. BUT:

Somang Cosmetics, especially the men's product called Man with the Flowers has been the number 1 brand for the past 7 years! I think GHS also appeared in CF for men's products if I am not mistaken and she has been the face of Somang for many years, I believe--I forget for how many years. But I remember reading an article one time that most people immediately associate GHS with Somang cosmetics and Danahan.

Seoul Woo Yoo or Seoul Milk who has been collaborating with Japan's Doutor Coffee has been also number 1 brand for the past 7 years.
