follow any recipe basic shortcrust pastry dough..
bakar pastry sampai masak..biar sejuk
then sapu sedikit coklat cair kat base pastry utk elakkan cepat kembang bila kene filling
follow resepi topping serimuka yg kita suka, masak atas api sederhan sampai pekat, naik wap n shiny..to the right consistency
then buh dlm pastry
siap!!

Disebabkan geram tengok you all punya blueberry cheese tart yg ngancam semua, I pun cuba nasib semalam. I guna instant shortcrust pastry dan frozen blueberries. Taruk 2 biji kat dalam dan sebiji kat atas cheese...

Size besar tu utk cheese tart dan pastry size kecik tu I buat mini cottage pies...gambar kat pastry savoury...

Pernah buat yg ni. Tapi tak pakai shortcrust pastry. I pakai biccie crumbs. Bawak ke BBQ kat rumah kawan husband hari tu.

FRUIT TARTLETS   [TAT BUAH]  

Bahan
125 gm butter
125 gm majerin
60 gm gula halus
1 biji kuning telur A
400 gm tepung gandum

Keju Kerim
250 gm keju kerim
50 gm butter
50 gm gula halus
[Pukul semua bahan dan masukkan dalam tat]

Buah Hiasan
buah  peach
epal hijau
anggur merah
jelly apricot [to glaze]

Cara
1. Gaulkan butter, majerin dan gula sehingga sebati
2. Masukkan telur dan kacau rata
3. Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit dan kacau rata.
4. Masukkan adunan dalama cuan tat dan tekan nipis dan potong atas tepi acuan.
5. Bakar dalam oven yg telah dipanaskan pada suhu 170 selama 12 - 15 minit.
6. Keluarkan tat dan sejukkan.
7. Masukkan adunan kerim keju dan hiaskan dengan buah peach, epal hijau dan anggur merah yg telah dipotong kecil.
8. Sapukan sedikit jeli apricot dan hidangkan.

Kak liza, acuan tart yg macam tu berapa harganye kat sana? Kat sini kkdg acuan yg kecik2 tu mahal gak. Kalau murah boleh suruh kakak post kan ke sini.

kakliza beli dah lama dah..
rasanya dalam 60 sen atau 70 sen se unit..
saja kakliza beli banyak untuk buat muffin..cupcakes [masukkan cupcakes paper yg biasa dalam tu dan bake..]
boleh buat pie...dan tart telur ...

baru-baru ni maisya beli yg size sederhana, sedozen RM7.50....rasanya ada tempat yg jual lagik murah.

Murah lah tu. Kat sini yg pesen sama gitu kalau tak silap AU$2.00 +++ sebiji. Mahal mak datuk. I ada beli yg gini. Yg kecik tu 4 biji utk AU&10.50 dan yg besar tu AU$12.95. Dah beli setahun lepas, tapi tak pakai2. Yg ni loose bottom.

tapi taklah terasa aprikotnya tu..
just plain jelly berperisa...
siap jual dalam packing..
boleh dibeli dikedai jual bahan kek/biskut saperti BAGUS atau BWY..

kalau yg loose tu plak baru nie kita nampak kat Parkson..
RM 5 utk sebijik..
dok pegang letak..pegang letak..last2 letakkk..hihihi..
bekenan tu tetap ada..cuma kuasa utk membeli tu tak sampai2 lagik..hehehe
