BEIJING - A coronavirus patient initially discharged following recovery in south-western Sichuan province's Chengdu city has been readmitted after testing positive again during a quarantine period at home, the city's public health clinical centre said on Friday (Feb 21).
Similar cases have been reported in other regions, the centre said in a statement.

Italy has 10 towns in self quarantine. In Padua, a man died in hospital and had been sick in hospital for TWO WEEKS before they realized he had Covid-19. Every healthcare worker and patient in that hospital for the last two weeks has been exposed. They are evacuating the hospital. In Lombardy, 20,000 people are being asked shelter at home because the 6 infected people were all over the area for the past two weeks spraying their germs everywhere. This is major doom for Italy.
For those 10 towns (50,000 people):
- Residents are asked to stay at home for 1 week
- All public events are suspended
- No work and commercial activities
- No recreational activities
- All schools are closed
- Public transport won't stop in those areas

Taiwan raises the travel advisories for Japan and South Korea to level-2 alerts
Taiwan has a three-level system including watch, alert and warning. The Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) said Saturday (Feb. 22) that travelers visiting the two countries should take preventive action against infections, while if they showed symptoms of the virus, they should voluntarily inform health staff at the airport so the adequate measures could be taken, CNA reported.
