Om Puri passes away at 66, PM Modi, Bollywood mourn his death!

Om Puri, the veteran Bollywood actor with several super hit films to his credit, passed away this morning following a massive heart attack at his Andheri residence. He was 66 and had acted in mainstream Bollywood cinema as well as Pakistani, British and Hollywood films. He was also honored with an OBE as well as Padma Shri.

Ashoke Pandit confirmed his death and wrote on twitter: “Sad & shocked to know that versatile actor Om Puri jee has expired due to heart attack early morning today. #RIP.” Prime Minister Modi also condoled the death of Om Puri, “The Prime Minister condoles the passing away of actor Om Puri & recalls his long career in theatre & films,” PMO India tweeted

Several Bollywood bigwigs like Mahesh Bhatt, Neha Dhupia, and Ashoke Pandit mourned the death of veteran actor.

Hahaaaa... Sbb Ranbir dah single skrg, so Ai lah gf dia skrg ni...

Ranbir dengan Katrina dah tinggal sejarah je uols. Rasanya dah hampir setahun jugak lah berpisah... Ai xminat tgk Ranbir dengan Katrina pulak. Ai prefer Ranbir dengan Deepika, atau Ranbir dengan Anushka. Katrina nampak lebih tua. Ni pada pandangan Ai lah...

Moga doa uols termakbul...

Deepy dengan Ranveer okay jugak. Cuma Ai kurang minat si Ranveer dgn imej taliban dia tu. Nampak busuk sgt alahai. Tuntutan watak nk buat macam mana, kenalah maintain imej tu sampai habis shooting.

Salman Khan starrer 'Sultan' comes in next with a total of 7 nominations and Sonam Kapoor's 'Neerja' has bagged 5 nominations.
