Claypot Rice - guna rice cooker hehehe

ni resipi simple utk masak cam tu claypot rice.. cara shortcut

Bahan-bahan
Beras (kasi cuci bersih)
air secukupnya
Dried Black mushroom ( rendam sampai cukup kembang dan kemudian hiris-hiris)
daging ayam ( potong-potong juga)
sesame oil /minyak bijan
bawang besar dihiris

1. tumis tu bawang besar dengan sedikit minyak bijan
2. masuk beras dalam rice cooker dan air secukupnya
3. masukkan juga bahan2 lain-mushroom, daging ayam, bawang besar yg sudah ditumis
4. masak nasi cam biasa.. jgn lupa on tu rice cooker
5. masa hidang nanti, ble lah campur sedikit kicap dan minyak bijan

try jgn inda try....  cam real juga rasa dia ni.

BREAD PUDDING

Ni resipi Bread Pudding yg sia buat tadi... simple ja, tapi rasa dia sedap.

6 keping roti/bread
2 sudu besar mentega/marjerin, cairkan  
3 biji telur, dipukul
2 cawan susu
3/4 cawan gula
1 sudu teh serbuk cinnamon/kayu manis
1 sudu teh esen vanilla


Cara-caranya:

1. panaskan oven pada 175C / 350F
2. Potong-potong roti menjadi kepingan kecil dan masukkan dalam loyang pembakar. Tuangkan mentega cair ke atas kepingan roti.
3. Pukul / campurkan telur, susu, gula, serbuk kayu manis, dan vanilla. Pukul sehingga sebati. Tuangkan atas roti dan tekan perlahan menggunakan garfu sehingga semua roti diliputi campuran telur.
4. Bakar selama 45 min atau sehingga bahagian atas pudding "spring back" bila di tekan sedikit.

variasi:
ble juga tabur raisins di atas bread tadi sebelum tuang campuran telur
ble juga campur dengan jagung dalam tin, utk tambah perisa.

ada cookies sia mkn bah..sedap betul sia rasa.  di container kana tulis DANISH CURRANT COOKIES tp sia rasa bukan nama dia tu sbb teda pun currant...nnt sia upload gambar dia.  harap kamurang tau resipi dia hehehhe

nak tambah, klu buat sambal ikan bilis untuk nasi lemak ni, bila dah masak tu sambal pastu masukkan ikan bilis yg telah digoreng dan digaul sampailah sebati dgn sambal tu, jgn matikan api dulu selesai masak, angkat dulu sambal ikan bilis tu baru matikan api. tujuannya supaya ikan bilis rasa sedap dan ranggup dimakan... selamat mencuba

cili padi
kelapa parut

serbuk perasa
(bahan2 di atas di kisar tp jgn sampai hancur lak, kisar kejap jer )

bahan B
daun sayur labu

bila dah kisar, balut dgn sayur labu ikut sukatan masing2...

pastu baru kukus
