Series A funding utk siapkn servis/produk, market research, series B utk ada market share, lawan ngn competitor, scale up, series C pulak utk deepen lg market diaorg.. Tu la yg npk store fv merata2 (tp around kl ja?).. Series c jgk last stage bfre private company mcm fv goes public (ipo)..

Series c khazanah (tp x tau brapa mil??)

Kenapa mesti kena ada funding terlalu banyak? Sale yang ada tak mampu tampung diorang punya growth ke?
How secure fv it is? Boleh sustain ke? Online maybe yes. Tapi outlet2 yang ada macam lebih kepada pembaziran dan untuk impress people je.
I tak tau la game corporate people macammana. Sebab apa yang i nampak, diorang nak injection duit sebab nak pergi lebih cepat.

Byk series of funding sbb investor la yg rugi kalau diaorg invest byk2 milion skali gus.. Invest sikit2 & bperingkat supaya ada step utk company grow.. Investor nak tgk jgk valuation of company.. Fv dlu myb valuation dia ribu2 jah.. Xtkejut kalau now valuation company dia juta2 sbb fv ada customer base, every year profit (or sales diaorg) double or triple , diaorg punya success is proven.. Series c(khazqnah) mesti belas or puluh milion kot..
Kalau tnggu sales/profit.. Mmg lmbat growth dia.. Tp yg untung company's stake msih lg owner punya la.. Fv ni i rasa mmg gol dia nak ipo kot.. That's y ambik pndekatan funding ni |

Investor mcm khazanah tu mesti tgk profile fv dlu bfre decide nak invest, so fv must be secure.. Tp, idk how khazanah works, so xtau apa rationale invest ngn fv.. Utk tlg local company?

I lupa funding series a or b yg fv bukak kat indon n sgpore.. Bg i tu mmg test market / market research jah tu.. Xbrapa success/susah nak penetrate & need more funds, indon mmg susah nak penetrate lah.. Designer diaorg lg out of the box unique.. Dpt series c, fv nak tembus pasaran dubai pulak smpai ada fashion show sendu shok sndri lol kat sana.. Zalora on the other hand dlm e-commerce industry, is waaaaayyyy up ahead of fv kat sea.. Tapi zalora lagi nampak strategic daripada fv. Kita nampak growth dia dan dia focus pada online je dulu. Unlike fv yang i rasa berterabur. Main testing je bukak store (which i rasa macam membazir)
Zalora i nampak lebih kepada kumpul data dulu. Dan lepas tu diorang go big dengan pergi kepada mass market (ads dekat tv)
Fv ni i nampak banyak sangat testing especially dekat duck. I tak sure either diorg ni betul2 buat market reasearch atau tak. I tengok setiap decision diorang, lebih kepada terburu2.
Macam dia test dekat dubai. Diorang ada buat research ke tak. Sbb according to mimpikita, diorang dapat short notice untuk buat design dibawa ke dubai.
Sama macam duck cosmetic. Seems like tak study enough untuk cosmetic punya game.
