tu bukan harga semi-D..tu dabel storey teres tu starting from 416K..
dah naik dah harga compare ngan phase yg sebelumnya

Still murah la tu. Kalau belah seb kaya dua tingkat pun dan rm700++ gilo ke apa. Tak sampai dua tahun naik. Bertam still affordable. Iols beli rumah kat shah alam harga tu dapat apartment je

Depa buat hal apa babe..defect ka?
Aku dah ajar pemaju kat S/P bab defect ni, finally depa tunduk kat aku...nak tau aku buat mcm na?

Aku hantaq surat kat stakeholder lawyer, minta depa beku bayaran 5% kat pemaju sampai defect rumah aku selesai. Melutut pemaju mai jumpa aku mintak aku lepas duit depa...aku kata, selesai defect..aku bagi arahan lain. Tapi..hang kena pastikan hang buat laporan defect ikut peraturan pemaju, amk gambaq isi borang..buat salinan hantaq kat lawyer.

ha ah pasal defect le..ada yg belom settle..
aku kalo dia kompom tgh do something about it, im cool..
tapi aku cukup bara kalo bila call..kejap srh call sana, kejap kata nanti akan check tp sampai ke sudah tak return call..
itu is unacceptable. so ptg ni nak call harass lagik since semlm katanya nak check ngan contractor, tp sampai ke sudah teda pun return call bgtau progress camna.

salinan defect haritu takde bg kat lawyer, skrg yg pending satu je, yg last hantar..yg awal2 dulu dah settle kata depa..
tp kalo yg ni lambat mmg nak pegi inform lawyer la kot..kesabaran pun ada batasnya, tak gitu..






altho aku pun taktau bila nak pindah masuk lagik
procastinate level tertinggi nih

HAH..ramai poyo je ..haritu rumahwip kuota bumiputra susah gila nak habis..makan dekat setahun..walhal kuota non bumi habis kejap macam kilat..rumah rm300k in KL tak mau beli..apa mau buat?
