agak2 la klu tak nk demand pon...jgn la smpai rm1.6k pon nk sebat. jgn downgrade kan diri anda weh...at least rm1.8k consider acceptable la...yg campo elaun tu...kalau gi ofshore or sitework....bkn hari2 duk kat offshore...klu duduk ofis je makan basic la ko..unless dpt claim OT.....rm1.6k tolak epf tinggal bape je...
memang la kite nk experience dlm oil and gas, tapi make sure basic salary tu jgn rendah sgt....if position yg ko dpt tu technician, aku rs ok la. Tapi kalau engineer forget about it. Work load byk gile, byr ciput. Ble ko da keje dlm field oiil n gas ni, klu ko compare gaji ko ngn dak2 fresh2 yg lain, mesti ko akan rasa bos ko nk gunakan ko.
Skg ni, ko gi interview byk2, kalau jumpa company yg byr lg tinggi dr ni ko trus sebat. Tak pon, ko gi masuk INSEP, gi amik kos NDT inspector or Welding Inspector. Aku rs lps ko ada licensce dlm benda2 ni...gaji ko mesti kaw2... |

mmg lah beb...tp dah kalo takde keje..bek grab ke lah..kalo ade peluang lain yang lebih baik..so pegi jerlah..
this is about the chances..not about been abusing or not..
tp im agree lah..kalo ko suh pegi amek competencies utk inspector or watever competencies kat INSEP sbb nih free dan ada elaun lagi..kuar2 peluang dpt kerja agak cerah..
but at starting stage dont expect ur salary too high..as time goes on..u become most valuable and people aprreciate ur skills..masa tuh lah nak demand smpi 10k or 20k pun... |
