Ok..dah kurang 1.5 kg dlm masa sminggu..target lg 5 kg utk berat ideal..mmg degil la last 5 kg ni..d ...

bestnya u dah turun berat badan. i pun tgh struggle nak turunkan berat badan sebab naik mendadak 13kg (dulu hari hari breakfast McD), now menyesal tak sudah sbb sebulan je dah boleh naik macam tu. habis semua baju tak muat

i skrg wajib dalam seminggu tu 4-5kali zumba, makan pun dah start jaga dah. wish me luckkk

13kg to date 4 bulan sebelum raya kira2 sempat kalau terus istiqomah dri exercise & jaga makan

yes dear, exercise 5 kali seminggu, jaga makan kalau lunch salads dgn salmon ke or turkey breast.. utk carbo kdg2 wholemeal bread.. nasi tu seminggu 2-3 kali je..lepas pukul 8 mmg tak makan kecuali apple. Ptg workout 1jam setengah.. Air manis mmg tak sentuh.. Air masak je lama2 dah biasa

1-1.5 kg weight loss is a healthy weight loss dear.. I pun target 1kg je each week.. keep doing it for fitter & healthier you!

Sebulan naik 13 kg? Owh my..banyaknya..kalau i..13kg dah kena beli baju seluar baru..mesti naik 2 saiz

I x boleh tinggal nasi la....huhu..

Tp i mkn pagi2. Tghari roti..mlm protein only. Atau biskut..Tp tak mampu istiqamah sgt. Ada hari yg mkn nasi 2 kali..

Air milo still minum tapi tanpa susu.

Omggg 13kg. Nangis i dengarrrr. I baru 2days and a half start healty lifestyle tapi i still makan nasi, cuma tak banyak macam dulu lah. Zumba memang i buat almost everyday and then every morning sebelum kerja memang i pergi jogging dulu sejam. Sampai ofis berpeluh peluh

Aah u. Habis semua baju tak muat. Stress sangat. Asyik kena ulang pakai baju yang besar yang sama je   now i dah sedar diri gemuk sampai semua tegur, terus start diet + exercise dah

Nak tak nak memang kena u. Hadap lah staff lain dengan bau peluh i      tu yang i terfikir kena jogging after balik keje tapi takut terlampau penat kang tak memasal tak exercise langsung. Kalau diet i menjadi i share, kalu tak i diam sudehhh

Aiyoh...iols ni memang hari2 pekena at least 2 gelas air manis..hari2 berazam tak mau dah oder tea tarik...tapi bila sampai kat kedai je...otomatik pulak mulut ni teroder tea tarik...help me!!!

i baru je beli DVD yang ada usb...#outdatedbetoll....ingatkan nk download video excercise nk tengok kat tv...tapi dvd cannot read video la pulak..internet pun tak dak kat rumah...hu..hu...geram betol..

sorry I was so busy sampai lupa thread ni sebab berkuntum kat thread misteri& paranormal
I pun suka sangat teh tarik
tapi i pastikan minum waktu bfast je..and kurang manis
sbb i pagi mmg kene minum minuman manis
tapi sepanjang hari tu mmg air masak je
pastu i ni spesies minum air masak suam/suhu bilik saje
sebab mmg tak suka air sejuk haha

terbaliklah kita kittipong
I plak mmg suka gile jogging pagi
tapi sebab skang keje masuk kul 8, takde maknanye aku nak meredah subuh kan
tu yang i jog masa balik/zumba kat umah/zumba kat gym
untuk weight i mmg swing kettlebell 20 kg skang-----> tak agak2 nak yg berat terus kan

itulah, nasib i dah tersedar tu pun dah terlambat sebab i dah memang dalam kategori overweight dah. i used to weight around 55kg only
