i think sbb uols tak exercise laa jadi asik mengantuk tu sbb blood flow tak berapa memberansangkan ...

baru sempat nak jengah thread yang dibuka sendiri dan telah lama terkebelakang sebab sibuk dgn duniawi
hehehehehe

betul sgt cakap green~tea tuh, kalau banayk exercise in shaa allah toksin pelan2 akan hilang
dan yang penting badan makin cergas uols

exercise 5 kali seminggu..Air masak tu satu hari satu botol besar make sure kan habis.. Malam lepas pukul 8 jgn makan dah..Skip dinner wake up thinner gitu. Kalau lapar lpas pukul 8 lebih boleh amik apple & green tea tu jee.. Elak minum manis, soda & processed sugar..Air kosong je yg wajib

i minum air masak 2 - 3 lit sehari,exercise tu yg kurang ..u mkn nasik tak? i ni jenis klu mkn nasik jer naik badan..frust!bukan mkn byk pun,mlm pun dah bertahun tak mkn heavy,dinner slalu ambik b4 7...kena exercise nih...semenjak kena slip disc even minor i jd takut nak p erobics,zumba

Assalam minahsenget (sambil type your nickname ni I teringat drama minahsenget kat tibi)

It is good to hear that u memang amalkan minum air yang banyak, sebab itu kunci utama membantu pelansingan badan
even kalau kita consume jamu/ collagen pun kalau tak minum air, takde kesan jugak kat badan
sebab dh terbukti air tu, naturally tolong buang toksin dan agen perkumuhan badan kita
sebab tu kita buang air kecil dan berpeluh ye dak??

I takde pengalaman kene slip disc, apa kata u tanya nenek google senaman yang paling bagus lepas kene slip disc
kadang2 orang pandang rendah pada senaman yang nampak senang, macam yoga dan pilates
but to tell u the truth berdasarkan pengalaman I sendiri :-

1) I join kelas yoga masa I aktif kat gym, senam satu jam(masuk kelas), mak aiii, peluh wa cakap lu lagi teruk daripada lari marathon
pastu akan rasa badan kita kelenturan elok dan paling penting tak sakit

2) Pilates plak, I buat kat rumah je either download daripada youtube or beli cd pilates . Lepas buat mmg puas hati dan rasa kesannya pada bahagian tubuh yang terlibat. Sebab pilates ni gerakan dia simple dan movement tak harsh/kasar.

Nasihat I pada u, consult your DR. first,workout apa yang bagus ok
but surely i rasa brisk walk you bleh kan? so try to brisk walk 3-5 times a week (maybe 15 minutes or 30 minutes)

Makan nasi tpi jarang dlm 2-3 kali je seminggu sbb nama pun melayu.. Yang penting jgn down sbb semua boleh reduce weight. uols boleh try search kat youtube workout yg sesuai utk slip disc yaaa.. HIIT workout pun bagus dri cardio sbb Intense. Dlm 20-30min je workout dia tapi bakar calories lebih dari running.. yg penting u buat research dulu utk slip disc & good luck!

Good luck uols...iol baru 2 bulan dlm proses mengecikkan badan,harap sebelum raya iol dapat figure n berat yang iol nak...

tapi nanti start raya mulala iol melantak apa yang dihidang,ade kat sini bole bagi tips untuk kawal makan makanan kat open house nanti

Td mkn ns lauk ikan utk breakfast..lunch mkn bihun sup n buah..
Ptg mkn kacang n paw sikit ns grg kwn dlm 2 sudu

Dinner kul 7 mkn 1 slice whole meal bread..half cucumber, salad, tuna n tomato.

Tp td lapar lg..huhu..minum milo tp buat cair2..

Salam semua...baru ternampak forum ni...ha..ha..padahal saja cari tered untuk kurus pasal berat badan dah naik 5 kilos...ada yang dah tegur pun badan meols dah naik..hu...hu..

Ni meols bagi detail:

Getting Started:-
1. Ukur ketinggian
2. Berat badan : 63 kg
3.  ukurlilit badan : Dada = 36 "
                                        Pinggang = 30 "
                                        Punggung = 40 "

3. Assess BMI = 22.86, body fat  (13%)

Harap2 dapat la semangat lebih kalau join forum ni..untuk makluman...hari ni meols tak start apa2 lagi regime...taip depan komputer sambil berforum je dah....ngeh..ngeh..

sebenarnya..berat 63 ni merupakan berat yang terberat pernah meols alami...(bila tak mengandung)...hubby pulak macam tak sokong je bila meols nk kuruskan badan..dia lagi suruh naikkan berat adala...sebabnya..muka meols ni jenis cengkung..jadi bila kurus je..muka ynag terlampau kurus...tapi yang tak best bila berat ni..semua jadi sakit...belakang sakit..lutut pun dah start sakit ni...buat pengetahuan semua...meols ni kategori medium frame..jadi berat yang bersesuaian dalam range 56 - 62 kg je..sekarang ni dah lebih 1 kilo ni..at least kalau boleh dapat berat 58-59kg tu pun dah cukup bagus...
