Actually..that time tanpa disedari that i was preggy..,saya attend pemeriksaan fizikal polis train ...

semalam i buat recovery run..hanya dapat 2km jer dalam masa 10 min...pastu i stop

mlm nie nak g O&G la..nak tgk mcm mana...

this is my 3rd pregnancy baru masuk 6 weeks
yang 2 sebelum ni makan tido makan tido jah
lepas tu obes dan mengalami trauma bersalin yg amat dasyat

i decide nak workout during pregnancy
sebab dah 2tahun berjinak2 dengan senaman
once stop berpeluh rasa tak best
cuma takde lasak sangat
plus tengah alahan lagi

kalau dah biasa lasak before pregnancy bagi ai tade masalah
as long as u know ur limit

actually i pun ingat nak buat mcm tu..

sebab i lepas pregnant yang 1st, sampai skrg ssh nak balik kepada berat asal..

harap2 dipermudahkan..

tapi rata2 i baca, di kalangan omputeh and even most chinese (msian chinese), work out masa pregnant is normal.

my fren, baru2 nie posted kat pesbuk dia, berlari atas treadmill dgn sedikit inclined. dia tgh pregnant 13+weeks

nanti2 u kongsi lah mcm mana plan work out u masa pregnant and keep me update!

err, perlu tak beli belly support?

sebab i lepas pregnant yang 1st, sampai skrg ssh nak bal ...

belly support?first time dengar
i tade la plan yg kursus time preganant ni
just google excercise for every trimester jah
yang boleh buat ai buatla
kalau macam hazab ai skip je
yg penting aktif
cuma i tengah alahan teruk jugak
so ganggu jugakla cita2 ai nk workout sepanjang pregnancy

i suke tengok wanita hamil workout
mereka kelihatan sangat menarik dan hebat

that's why i tanya nie...

I mmg jenis work out kt umah..just squat,elliptical n ikut videos je..n last year i gugur..xtaula sbb work out or mmg xde rezeki..now i preggy blk..i stop work out for first trimester ni..dlu i gugur masa 7-8 weeks..skng nak work out mcm takut skit..yepun skng i x blh mkn..so,lemah sgt..nak kayuh elliptical tu pun rasa x larat..hopefully 2nd trimester i dah blh mkn n work out blk..sbb lemah su badan x keluar peluh..

Monitor masa tu..tp yela..maybe sbb xde rezeki kot..cuma bila kali ni i hati2 la..skng mmg i stop terus workout even yg ringan2..risau plak klau jd apa2 nyesal..tp tu la xtau sbb apa gugur..bleeding bbrp hari n masa kencing terus keluar rasa seketul..tp sbb baru lg xdela cuci ke apa..ni tgh fikir klau 2nd trimester nak workout ke x..maybe start ng cycling dlu ke..sbb duduk x..impact maybe x sgt..
U dah pregnant brp minggu..i xtau sgt kira bulan ni..minggu mcm tepat skit kan..

i baru 4 minggu...bln 3 takder peyed terus cek..

lagipun masa lari 12km tu i slow sangat, jd i saspek i pregnant...

jumpa doc, scan pun nampak mcm 3-4 minggu

esok baru nak cek lagi samada fetus membesar atau tidak

ikutkan masa 1st pregnancy dulu, saya memang orang yang aktif bereksesais. selalu jogging 1-2 kali seminggu. masa 1st trimester, mmg tak digalakkan lasak2 sebab kandungan tengah fragile.

masa dah nak dekat bersalin, doctor saya ada bagi green light untuk buat heavy exercise, untuk mudahkan bersalin katanya. contohnya dia suh saya naik turun tangga sambil hentak2 kaki, nak berlari pun boleh. sehari sebelum saya admit, saya sempat berlari 3 kali, 5km each time.

the result is, masa saya bersalin adalah pendek berbanding first time mum yg lain. saya start sakit pukul 9am. by 3.30pm saya dah selamat bersalin dah. doctor n midwives pun terkejut sebab dorang expect saya setel bersalin waktu malam.

i tertarik dgn part nie

sehari sebelum saya admit, saya sempat berlari 3 kali, 5km each time.
wah..mmg dapat eh? tak rasa perut melantun2 tak masa tu?

i skrg tgh 4 months pregnant..dah 2 minggu tak work out sbb i rasa something kat celah kangkang, lagipun rasa penat sangat2. tambahan lagi i selalu sangat on the road long hours...adoi..

maybe ptg nie nak try joging lagi la...skrg pace pun dah slow... dalam 7-8 pace per sec jer..

wah..mmg dapat eh? tak rasa perut melantun2 tak masa tu?

by hujung2 pregnancy, bukan aje perut melantun2 sis. since baby punya kepala pun dah dekat dengan pintu rahim, yg iols rasa sakit lah kat pintu rahim tu. tapi doctor iols kata lagi bagus camtu. lagi senang bukaan rahim tu nanti.. dia suh biasakan dengan sakit tu, nanti bersalin lagi sakit katanya...

eksesais bagus sis utk pregnancy. lagi banyak oxygen kita bagi kat baby. cuma jangan over do. selalu mintak advice doctor jugak. even masa berpantang tu nanti badan cepat rasa ringan, speedy recovery lagi.

Sometimes tertanya org baru lepas bersalin blh duduk bersila..mmg x berjahit kt part bawah tu yer..ni refer kt gambar model kt atas tu yer..ke blh je nak duduk bersila walau berjahit..cuma i je yg jenis penakut ke..rasa ngilu jek..huhu

i dah masuk 20 minggu...

skrg bulan puasa, i puasa mcm biasa...mlm2 i lari 4.3km lepas berbuka setiap sabtu...ada sehari tu ingat nak lari sebelum buka tp sungguh tak larat...
