kalau bagi mereka yg tidak buat pinjaman , tapi simpan rm200k .... so untung lah . dapat dividen dar ...

exactly..tapi mau ke dia bagi u untung2 bole bayar murah...

tapi kalau kata kena ada asb that will be good bgi org yg dh ada asb with 200k in account to enjoy the benefit.

tapi itulah..itu berfikiran 'dalam dan kedepan'

tapi sapa2 berminat dgn skim nie apply jer la...but make sure agreement tu nothing fishy inside, minta tlg sapa2 pandai baca agreement such as lawyer tlg translate kan agreement tu nanti...

seems to good to be true....

at least kat sini peminjam just bayar 400-700 per month .....

360k - depo 20% = 288k x blr -15% (1-2 yrs) + interest itu ini = -/+ 480k /25/12 = -/+ 1.6 monthly

Hmm mcm xpenah dengar je nama kompeni pembekal tu. Papepun dinasihatkan kpd bakal pembeli utk merujuk kpd pihak KPKT utk safeguard ur own interest gitu. Tanya kpkt pemaju projek tu ada track record yg baik ke? Mcm mana PNB bole offer loan rumah? Bank negara dah setuju ke?

banyaknyer beza? .... hampir separuh  ....... perlu d selidiki lagi .


cuma yg untung kat sini dividen asb tuh tinggi ... sebab tuh die boleh cover pinjaman kot .

apapun .... kena rujuk lah

apa yg d bincangkan d sini hanya pemahaman masing2 sahaja ....

kita kira plak dividen  asb  ( +/- ) utk pinjaman rm200k dlm masa 25thn .....

pastu campur ngan bulanan yg kita perlu bayar utk yg balance tuh 25 thn gak  .... agak2 berapa yer? ....

Alah... bukan susah....
Beli rumah dia 360k...

Masuk loan asb kat bank2 tuh bernilai 200k selama 25 tahun.. balance harga rumah 160k buat loan kat conversional bank lain....

Tiap2 bulan kita kena bayar loan asb dan loan rumah... genap 25 tahun.. hutang loan rumah habis, bayar loan asb pun abis, tapi 200k tuh developer kebas abis....hehhee

Matematiknya mudah... jika kita pandai.. hujung tahun loan asb dapat dividen, kita pump terus untuk setahun punya bayaran loan asb, jadi tiap2 bulan kita bayar loan rumah jerk laa... loan asb dah rest... Last edited by totokreturn on 30-8-2013 02:16 PM
