Maybe folder atau file tu tgh running on system tu yg xleh delete. Kene cara manual baru leh delete. Byk kali ai kene mcm ni. Kene delete tang dalam2..

saya pun agak cam tuh
u mean cari dalam2 tuh...kena buka in folder..dlm...then lagi & lagi kan...
masalahnya kalau byk...takkan smer kena cari satu2 cam tuh

Deactivate the Indexing service

1. Pergi kat "Start" kendian pilih "Control panel"
2. Pilih "Administrative Tools" kendian pilih "Services" tab.
3. Scroll bawah sampai jumpa "Indexing" , "Stop" kan dia.
4. Kendian terus delete fail tu .( fail yang degil tu ) ~ tak perlu tutup windows ...
5. Bila sudah,... boleh saja disable kan indexing tu ...

1- cuba guna UNLOCKER yg @cmf_death post kat posting #20 (page 1).

2- delete dalam safe mode.
tapi sbelom tu, cek dulu apa process yg tengah running, yg lock file tuh.
mungkin leh nampak dalam MSCONFIG>Startup> Run (atau guna utility CCleaner).
kalau dpt kenalpasti benda yg lock file2 yg takleh delete tuh, disablekan aje atau remove dari startup. (atau uninstall aje jika perlu).

leh bgtau folder mana tak?
cuba kasi printscreen 1 file. nak tau full path dia. duk dalam folder/subfolder mana.

tp pas masuk index tuh....dah mmg status start.....
saya start kan.....then stop kan...ikut cam awak kata tuh....
tp still tak leh delete.....

sy buat cara manual juga.....restart pc....cepat2 delete....

Windows XP

In Windows XP, there are a couple ways to remove an undeleteable file, a manual way, and a couple automated ways using some freeware programs. First, I'll show you the manual way.

Manual Method

If you already know the path to the file, please skip to Step 7

Click on Start, Search, All Files and Folders
Type the name of the undeletable file in the box shown
Make sure the Look In box shows the correct drive letter
Click Search and let the computer find the file
Once the file is located, right-click on it and choose properties, make a note of the file location. Usually this is something similar to

c:\windows\system32\undeleteablefilesname.exe

Close the search box
Click on Start, Run, and type CMD and Press Enter to open a Command Prompt window
Leave the Command Prompt window open, but proceed to close all other open programs
Click on Start, Run and type TASKMGR.EXE and press Enter to start Task Manager
Click on the Processes tab, click on the process named Explorer.exe and click on End Process.
Minimize Task Manager but leave it open
Go back to the Command Prompt window and change to the directory where the file is located. To do this, use the CD command. You can follow the example below.

Example: to change to the Windows\System32 directory you would enter the following command and Press Enter

cd \windows\system32

Now use the DEL command to delete the offending file. Type DEL <filename> where <filename> is the file you wish to delete.

Example: del undeletable.exe

Use ALT-TAB to go back to Task Manager
In Task Manager, click File, New Task and enter EXPLORER.EXE to restart the Windows shell.
Close Task Manager

Command prompt CMD lagi tinggi darjatnya daripada software pengdelete yang lain, kalau CMD pun tak jalan, tak ada benda yang boleh lagi dah

DEL /F /Q filename.rmvb
DEL /F /Q "C:\Users\Public\*"

makna nya semua step dah buat.. tapi file mkv.. masih ada.. yang download untuk mp4 tu..tak boleh nak remove..
bila restart jadi hal sama..ni mungkin sebab sensitif file.. biasa benda shareware atau free ware ni contohnya yang di download tu ialah media finder boleh juga dikategorikan sebagai malware.. dekat internet explorer sekarang ada tak satu toolbar nama babylon.. boleh cuba run antivirus dulu tengok mungkin ada infected malware ke ??

folder download tu letak kt mane?kalo letak kt tempat lain or address pendek mcm C:\download C:\setan D:\kude kepang ke tu sume by default user mmg xleh delete,as owner folder tu akan JADI "trusted installer" or "system administator" or "SYSTEM",mlainkn dlm folder default die C:\user\downloads\ C:\user\my document\download...kalo windows vista and later ini mmg standard,kite bukan admin dlm PC kite tuh..tu psl xleh delete,xleh modify..ko kne take ownership entire folder download n files2 dlm tu,jadikn ngko/username as owner folder tu,n granted all permission...

SAYA IKUT CARA INI

mula2 tak boleh.....then 2-3 pas tuh....saya try lagi delete
bleh pula....so terus boleh delete file2 byk itu....
so far boleh delete

saya download file2 itu tiap2 minggu (sebab epi2 mingguan)
so next week saya download lagi....akan cuba delete
harap boleh laaa

kalau tak boleh, saya akan bgth sini

ahhhaa mula2 mmg dalam c/: download
then bila tak boleh delete, merata2 saya move....jap kat my video
jap kat my music
sebab nak tgk naper tak boleh delete

ahhha ini jadi kat comp under administrative
saya letak in laptop....my own name...mmg tak de masalah nak move/delete/cut apa pun

mmg ada kesan ke yaa???
