Gaga is on Jesus's side. She drives with him and clings to him. Then she tries to take down Judas, but is unable to because she learned how to FORGIVE.
Then she is baptized and cleansed, but the people still passed judgment onto her for being the role of Mary Magdalene and //stoned her to death//. This is symbolic because JUDAS in the bible, was the one who was supposed to be stoned to death, but Gaga took his place. She sacrificed herself for him.
She (mary) is with jesus (guy with thorned crown) the whole time. She washes jesus feet with her hair as did mary magdalene. She was stoned, as was mary magdalene, there are many key points where she did things that mary did.
The beauty of this video is that Gaga is recasting Mary Magdalene as a virtuous follower of Christ who played an important role in his life and death. Whether or not you're a Christian (I'm not, but I have respect for everyone's beliefs), the video is a cultural triumph in that it tells the story from a woman's perspective. In this version, Mary Magdalene is a hero (she only "shoots" the lipstick onto Judas because Christ wants her to, but it saddens her greatly to do so), and yet the world turns on her and stones her to death. Furthermore, the video reminds its viewers that Jesus and his apostles were seen as outlaws and rebels in their time. Portraying them as a biker gang makes more sense than it initially seems. It's brilliant.
video biasa2 jer..Gaga dah macam hilang spark...lagu2 dia pun dah hilang "mainstream" attraction since dia kemaruk sngt dengan konsep Christ + Jesus + Illuminati etc...
Diorang walaupun suka hina2 agama Kristian, Jesus bagai... tapi diorang tetap ngaku Kristian nok. Time mati karang letak cross jugak kat kubur. :re: :re:
