Xmau tau pasai lift..nak tanya parking free flow ka mcmna? Jenuh berebut parking kn..iols yg rumah tingkat tiga dekat dgn lift..parking depan tingkap bilik pun kadang2 kereta kena blok tak boleh kluaq bila ada mana2 manusia yg tak dak akhlak main parking ikut suka ja. Meeluaaatt sgt. Nasib sini owner mmg ada parking sendiri.

Sutera Avenue tu berbaloi la beli.bawah tu bersepah kedai2 best banyak kedai serbaneka best2 situ..ank aii kalau p rumah paklong dia suka jalan2 masuk semua kedai semata2 nak beli sebatang eskrem magnum

tgk pon tak berminat nak stay situ. dgn banjir kerap kt cheras tu. sesak padat lagi.. dpt tingkap 50 jenuh nak menunggu lift. belum campur KL yg knowing takde air manjang

Maintenance akan jadi mahal kalau ada swimming pool…. Tp gila lah byk gila unit. Nak keluar g keje pon jam gamaknya dlm bangunan dulu

Rumah gini kalau buat cincai n guna bahan kurang mutu, mmg kejap crak sana sini n bahaya. Dah la mahal rm300k++
