Tak menggigil ke chuols diet cenggitu..kalau i mau dah pengsan tu..

Tpi ke bukan kalau ikut dieti ...

yg dietitian bagi tu ade meal plan utk sebulan...

calori intake sehari mula <1500... last 2 weeks <800...

utk last 2weeks tu, kene minum susu protein khas... shud be enough for daily energy requirement

tp mgg struggle laa... craving tu yg payah...

Cukup la nok. Lebihkan sayur dgn protein nk bg kenyang.
I nasihatkan org je pandai tapi diri sendiri ke laut jua

Buat suku , suku separuh. Nasi suku, protein suku, sayur separuh. Sayur kena ada setiap meal rajin buat green smoothie. Saya buat IF 2 meals bila eating window mesti ada nasi. Ada penurunan tapi sebulan dalam 2 - 3 kilo tak banyak tapi at least setiap bulan ada turun. Jangan tengok timbang je kena ada pita pengukur utk ukur badan. Fat loss lagi penting dari weight loss.
