Ramai yg jangka hari ni. Itu sbb semalam ligat pemimpin UMNO meeting smlm di PWTC sehingga ke Seri Perdana. Tu sbb kem najib organise himpuanan soludariti ari ni. Even sumber Malaysia Today kata Pihak Penjara Sg Buloh sedang bersiap sedia menerima banduan khas VIP.
1. Hisyam Teh informed the court that they have filed a motion to recuse the Chief Justice.

3. Hisyam wants the recusal application to be heard first, CJ insisted that he instead respond to the prosecution’s argument on Friday over his refusal to submit. Hisyam initially refused, wanting things his way.
“Tuan Haji, we are not here to waste time.” - CJ4. Court will deliberate on the recusal after Hisyam respond to the prosecution’s argument last Friday on what the court ought to do with the defence’s refusal to submit.
5. It appears that Najib is attempting to drag this matter of Chief Justice recusal further. They filed a second application to “adjourn main appeal pending disposal of recusal matter”.
Basically postpone the actual hearing while this recusal thing is argued.
6. Hisyam argued that his right to submit have been denied.
CJ - “We have asked you many many times for you to submit.”Hisyam argued that since he was not allowed to prepare, therefore he is being denied the right to make a “meaningfully submission”.

please la parti yang satu ni, lesson learnt from 2018, korang jatuh sebab pemimpin korup. buang dulu muka2 yang ada kes mahkamah. jgn muncul langsung, terus terkubur kalau boleh. kalau tak sejarah kekalahan berulang semula.
rakyat dah muak dengan drama "saya tak tau itu duit derma", "saya tak tau kenapa masuk akaun saya" etc.

PUTRAJAYA: Permohonan untuk mengecualikan Ketua Hakim Negara Tun Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat dari prosiding rayuan berhubung penyelewengan dana SRC International Sdn Bhd telah difailkan pada Isnin.
Demikian dimaklumkan peguam utama Datuk Seri Najib Razak, Hisyam Teh Poh Teik pagi ini.
Selain itu, pembelaan juga telah membuat keputusan untuk memberi hujah balas kepada hujahan Timbalan Pendakwa Raya (ad hoc) Datuk V Sithambaram, berhubung apa yang perlu mahkamah lakukan jika pembelaan enggan memfailkan hujahan lisan atau bertulis.
Tengku Maimun kemudian memutuskan agar perkara kedua didengari dahulu sebelum pihak Pejabat Ketua Pendaftar Mahkamah Persekutuan menyediakan dokumen berkaitan permohonan mengecualikan beliau dari mendengar rayuan kes Najib.
