1) dah bagi surat balas notis tu...
2) dia tak amik pun, malahan si tukang pukul tu berlagak ngan saya coz bos tak amik tahu....n saya dah pun buat laporan polis but benda ni tak de apa 2 pun dorang cuma suh g mahkamah jer saman...
3) kalu nak pakai biro bantuan guaman leh ker?

kalau camtu, saman je la.  mintak biro bantuan guaman tolongkan.
atau mintak peguam saman dan tuntut gantirugi + kos guaman anda sendiri.

pendapat sy, majikan tak adil dgn awak psl hal ni.
apa2 salah laku kat tmpt kerja, xkira la ofis ada cctv atau tak, majikan kena buat domestic inquiry untuk keadilan semua pihak.
tp majikan tak buat.
klu awak gi jbtn tenaga kerja, diorg takleh buat2 apa2. maybe cuma failkan kes aduan sbb awak belum diberhentikan lagi.
klu gi IR, erm...maybe diorg bg nasihat jer (sori, sy tak berapa pandai psl IR)
yg sy nampak, report polis jer la atau klu awak nak failkan kes pun kat mahkamah sivil sbb kes bertumbuk tadi.
