Effective methods of brith control??What method u guyz follow?

pkm pdm wa tak sanggup...tapi pkm tu infact bagus tau jadi neutral masker kat muka...nanti kulit muka lincin n tegang jer...kira ubat awet muda yang very cheap ler...but stilll wa tak suke pkm...

pada yg baru je bkawin ni kot ye pun kalo tak mo bb lg, toksah la telan pil bagai.. One day, bila kita dh ready nk conceive, takut ade problem susah nk lekat ke ape.. shoot kat luar je.. suh la hb imagine konon2 dia atlet menembak kat padang sasar.

p/s : haku tak sanggup bab PKM & PDM tu.. uwekk

PKM & PDM tu x bape sesuwei...but terpulang la pada diri masing2...

for me...just rase cam gross...wife tu soulmate aku..x nak nampak cam slave plak klu buat yg macem2 ni..

yes u can get pregnant.. unless your hb is cautious enough to know when he were gonna ejaculate .. and with fluid contact the sperm may swim down and u'll get conceived... so make sure he shoot far from your v spot okeh..

pernah gak use that pull out method and so far no accidents.. but have to agree to some of em here, tak syiok leh... as to pills and injection, it gives bad impact to bone & body.. i gained weight & sufferred from water retention.. another sucker is, prolonged spotting!

about implants & IUDs, no experience yet.. never tried before..

I pakai implant, tapi i nasihatkan utk pengantin baru jgn gunakan implan sebab tempoh dia 3thn. better makan pil perancang saja. pil perancang selain cegah hamil dia juga boleh gebukan kulit.

...yasmin nie is a birth control pill which is just like any other contraceptive pills yang lain2...all contraceptive pills mengandungi progestin (synthetic form of progesterone)...cuma...the progestin used in yasmin nie ada beza sikit...the progestin used in yasmin is known as drospirenone...ianya similar with a medicine called spironolactone which works on the kidneys...spironolactone is a form of diuretic...so...it will increase urination and prevent water retention...

my friend dulu masa baru kahwin ambil pill to avoid pregnant. but she took it quite long and till now dah kahwin 9 tahun still tak de anak. pill definitely not a good method in a long term.either u use condom or IUD. Injection kat lengan tu sama cam pill jugak function dia because this involve hormon. incase emergency , sperm tu blow kat dlm and masa tu u fertile sgt and possibly to get pregnant, then ambil pil 'postinor'. u takkan pregnant..pil tu berkesan if ur period cycle tetap setiap bulan.

me have tried everything pills & injection, bnyk side effects. condom hubby tak suka tak best. IUD je belum sbb takut..now i use calendar so far ok.

saya sekarang pun tgh confuse nak guna yg mana.
penah try diane35. tapi teruk sangat side effect dia, sampai saya byk tak keja, duduk rumah je baring, sebab asyik pening2, mood swing, loya2 sampai tak de mood langsung nak bersama dgn suami, sselalu saya mengelak2 bila dia bagi hint.. saya ambil 3 bulan je, lepas tu stop...lepas stop tu, baru la aktiviti rancak dijalankan. lega rasa....

lepas tu try pulak yasmin, sama je mcm diane 35. skrg stop...
