Member sebelah ni beli kat Damai Bestari Service Apartment. Apartment first sekali nak naik bukit ukay perdana tu.yg dah siap cuma blok A (siap cat kaler oren). Yg lain tu卼ak siap2..dia kata jln depan dah tar.landscape dah naik. Yg tak siap cuma rumah.
Dia beli back in 2003.patut siap Oct 2006.
Dia selalu soh I call sbb I garang.Bila call developer Interbest (03-42927212), tarikh siap sering berubah. Dari dec 06 ke jun 07 ke sep 07 ke dec 07, dan last week dia kata mac 08.slalu gakla budak yg angkat telepon tu kena bambu ngan I.
Last year dia bwk S&P gi opis.tgk2 ada clause dlm agreement tu tulis, buyer takbley mintak LAD jika sekiranya developer lambat siapkan rumah jika mengalami masaalah kekurangan sumber dan kekurangan buruh.
Ada ka patut S&P mcm ni? |

Ye ke bambam..? Nasib member ko dgn aku, sama je...Yg the best part is,
before this ade antar surat kata umah akan siap March 2008, tp bila meeting smlm,
dia kata akan diap Dec 2008 plak..!! Bapak dia..!!! Tu yg terus tegang suasana
tuh...!! Err..tp, dlm S& aku, xde lak camtu bambam...
Cuma dia panggil meeting nk kasitau la yg buyers kalo nk umah siap,
x leh claim LAD...byk santek muka nenek dia?? x cukup2 mkn duit..??

Talam on track
KUALA LUMPUR: Talam Corp Bhd is on track to submit the supporting documents of its regularisation plan to the Securities Commission (SC) by the end of this month, said executive director Chua Kim Lan.
The supporting documents were related to Talam's creditors, of which discussions were in their final stage, she told reporters after the company EGM on Thursday.
Senior vice-president Leow Chi Lih said the majority of bankers had already approved the hair cut.
Meanwhile, the directive by the SC to reinstate the financial statements for the year ended Jan 31, 2006 (FY06) and FY07 was mainly to meet the regulator's accounting standards, he said.
"It was a matter of accounting adjustments, which did not have any material effect," Chua added.
She also noted the auditors' concerns over the preparation of the financial statement for FY07 as stated in the circular to shareholders for the EGM.
This arose due to the statement being based on the group's ability "to operate profitability in the foreseeable future and consequently, the realisation of assets and settlement of liabilities will occur in the ordinary course of business."
If the proposed regularisation plan were not concluded successfully, without any material modification, within the anticipated timeframe, the basis of the preparation would be rendered "inappropriate," the circular said.
Chua said so far, Talam had been on schedule according to the proposed regularisation plan.
Operationally, the group had appointed IJM Corp Bhd as the principal contractor for Talam's stalled projects and work on-site was ongoing, she said, adding that it would be handing three phases of Taman Puncak Jalil to buyers this month. |

citer kat sini bole dijdkan sebagai garispanduan kpd sesiapa yg nak beli umah pada masa akan datang...kenalah berhati2...jgn smpai kena tipu cam kami ni... |

aku pun beli rumah talam di Lestari Putra (dekat equine), beli pada 2002 dan nasib agak baik rumah siap awal tapi bila duduk memang tak puas hati le dengan finishing dia. baru duduk dalam dua tahun lebih dah bocor sana sini, design lak tak lawa.
Masa aku baru duduk banyak projek baru tengah buat masa tu, masa baru buat bukan main laju je tapi tiba-tiba stop, salah sorang mangsanya opismate aku.
Group dia dah berapa kali buat perjumpaan dan masalah tu dah berapa kali masuk paper tapi aku tengok projek tak bergerak juga.
Apa yang difahamkan projek talam terhenti seketika kerana masalah penceraian owner talam dan membabitkan harta kot.
Masalah betul mereka nak bercerai pembeli jadi mangsa. |

smlm kami call balik interbest (sykt ni ambilalih projek damai bestari apartment dari anak syarikat talam).
sesedap mulut dia kata bulan may plak masuk.dah tu blok A saja..
baru je minggu lepas call dia kat bulan MAC.
kesimpulannya - jgn percaya dan menaruh harapan yg tinggi pada TALAM.
p/s : seri hijauan apartment pun ada meeting gak minggu nikan? ada sapa2 pergi? |
