aku nah transfer no tel dr rumh aku ke ofis, yang jaraknya dalam 400m, macam2 masalah timbul. 3 kalai aku kena pergi kedai kat taman maluri, customer service bagus dan baik2..

tp yang pelik data yang dia key in totally diffrent denagn instruction aku..

kalau section biz news tu memang setiap sabtu aku bace..well undeniable TM memang ade wat byk project..tapi drpd segi implementation tak berapa effective kot..kalau it is doing okay nape they cannot sustain their competitive advantage over maxis and digi.

Dari segi mobile user, maxis memang dah cantas tm and digi is following very closely frm behind.

ade org TM(org bawahan la tapi) ckp...mcm mana nak berubah..branding dah baru tapi gaji ngan benefits still mcm awal zaman 90an...

Tm brani sebab depa monopoli...competitor yg ade x berape beri competition yg dharapkan..internet, fix line, etc..kalo la maxis ade atau Time net ade kat area Tmnet ade konpem org akan switch ke Time atau maxis..ni TMnet dah la sucks service depa..buat report bnyk kali action lambat giler..pastu kalo nak pasang internet kat umah ..monthly kena plak bayar duit line phone..padahal x pakai pun phone..

sepatutnyer mcm line internet..x payah la bayr utk line phone..Tm patut tanya la customer..amik idea customer..jgn dok syok sndr jerk..

ye ke? kiranya, org yg ckp tu memang tak bersyukur la ...

as far as i know, glc la yg bagi paling byk benefits berbanding swasta...

gaji .. memang rendah dari swasta, tapi yg pastinya, lebih dari gomen ...

lagi mau komen ka??

..staff non-exec TM yang kerja lebih kurang 3-4 thn gaji dorang still under 1.5k banding dgn counterpart dorang yang kerja kat other telco kat malaysia..peringkat asean lagi la jauh...
... benefit sama kurang dia ngan swasta yang lain...
...kalu masuk hosp. kerajaan kena bayar..
..elaun berape la sangat dapat..gov nya elaun lagi banyak...
..aku tgk beban kerja berkali ganda beratnya tak berbaloi ngan gaji...aku dgr ada satu daerah tu cuma 2 org staff TM saja jaga.....

..ada dgr gak dorangnya kontrak staff lagi teruk dorang buat.....

dah dekat sebulam nuyun mohon tuk dapat talian telefon kat umah...masih dalam kajisiasat.bengang giler rasanya...dah 3 kali tpon operator dia termasuk ari ni..masih lagi jawapan yg sama...:@ :@ :@ ntah bila nak g sambungkan talian tu...bencinyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyaaaa menunggu mcm ni:@ :@ :@

hai, saja nak bagi pendapt. kaji siasat tu setahu saya kalau line kat rumah penuh   
ataupun baru perkara macam tu biasa berlaku. kalau kawasan baru
kesiilapan tu pada developer. kalau developer lambat mohon, lambat la kite dapat
service.seawal2nya 6 bulan selepas CF.

bukan...nuyun g mohon sendiri kat ibu pejabat telekom tu...dah banyak kali nuyun tpon tanya operator diaorg,sampai sekarang duk kaji siasat lagi..menurut kawan2 nuyun..mmg tm macm tu kalau  kawasan pedalaman atau kampung..kalau kawasan bandar..2,3 hari je dah siap pasang..mana tak bengangnya..asyik kaji siasat je..:@

padahal,dah bagi no phone umah sebelah je..apa yg nak dikaji lagi...mmg pemalas orh2 tm ni kot..sbb tak pernah pun datang kaji siasat..tiap kali balik kerja..mesti nuyun tanya jiran kat umah tu,ada tak org TM datang kaji siasat..mmg tak pernah ada pun..:@ :@

dulu rsnyer mmg derang mcm dok di awangan....but skang rsnyer derang agak demotivated skit kot..org atas kene turun padang sama nih...
aku kalo g tmpoint kalo ada problem..aiii..sometimes problem gaks..sesaper keje kat line sales tuh tolong take note ek..pls la give front liners nih some good courses in dealing with customers...about product as well..sometimes if customer ask about certain things  tuh ada yg blur..adus..tension weh..lokasi tmpoint tuh satu hal ler..mcm aku nih...kene meredah bandar kajang tuh...pergh..kalo ada urusan...malas jek..
lgk satu info tak sampai kat targeted customer..laki aku ckp dia bukak website tm, celcom..susah nak cari info yg dia nak banding kalo bukak maxis or digi..iklan kat tv pun hampeh jek aku ngk...mcm kreativiti tak ckp tinggi lagik..pttnyer cuba ikut stail petronas skit..

ntah..tak pernah komplen kat email pun..tp nuyun g sendiri kat tm point muzium tu...baru je kol semalam...cakap dah boleh pasang line..rasa bengang siot...kena bnyak kali g push..baru dapat..

aku nak transfer line ni dah masuk bulan ke7 dah, tak transfer haper pun  lagi. tiap2 bulan bayar sewa buta2 je. nx week laki aku nak gi potong dah.

SIL aku dok kat 1 taman ni. kat taman tu takde 1 rumah pun pakai fixed line sbb mintak line tak pernah dapat, last2 senyap gitu je. SIL aku apply line & attach ngan surat kat TM, siap cop position dia kat spital situ, tak dan baper hari terus depa pasang tepon umah dia.

so korang kalau nak apply line tepon, klw nak cepat, kena la attach ngan surat sekali la ye, letak la position korang kat situ. klw korang tu kejer biasa2 je, mintak la surat sokongan wakil rakyat kot baru depa layan.
