You guess wrong. Certainly not Constantine since the ultimate decision on the canon of the bible did NOT take place at the council of Nicaea in 325 AD. It was the council of bishop at Carthage in 397 AD. The main reason for Constantine to call for the council in 325 AD was to straighten out the dispute between the church and the Arianism belief. There's no proof that he odered any books to be burned. So both of you got your history all mess up. |

Constantine did not create the Bible.
But he endorsed the concept of Trinity at the Council of Nicea which in turn influenced the creation of canon for the Bible and determined which books are included in the "canon" and which are to be burned....
