Like MENJ implied, If Islam is a religion of war and conquest, then why didn't Muslims participate in any of the wars of the bloodiest century--i.e., the two World Wars, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Holocaust, or the genocides in Cambodia and Rwanda?

Was it Muslims who colonized the world during the previous centuries, bringing death and destruction to millions of people around the globe?

Did the Muslims kill hundreds of thousands of the people of the Maya, Inca, and Aztec civilizations?

And debmey should be reminded that it was not Chechens who invaded and conquered Russia, nor did the Egyptians or Pakistanis ever invade Britain. No Palestinian ever took over Jewish villages in Russia, Poland, and Germany

mel is wrong - he drink and drive. that is a definite no no.

but he got all others right. he potrayed the real jews during jesus era, how they treat others so badly. i am sure if you do a story on hitler and potray him as a killer, nobody will mind. but what i dont understand is why xtians defend jews even after mr gibson depict the true story according to the gospels? it really beats me...

the world is converging towards one way of life. we are being fed with american tv shows, american def of beauty, food, apparels, way of talking, music, american philosophy, concept of democracy, trades, politics, news so on and so forth.

but islam is the only unifying agent that can stop this. and so the fear starts. it basically starts in 1979 after the islamic revolution in iran. that's when bush sr realised that usa need to control and manage islam to ensure continued supremacy. it has nothing to do with christianity as xtian is a relic, its no more even a religion but rather a charity body.

No one is afraid of Islam but the frenzy fanatics of Islam. We have wittnes their act of terrorism in our own life now imagine about what they would have done when they went on their conquring spree of Afghanistan, Persia and India.   With sword in the right hand and koran on the left forcing people to convert or give up thier life. They use the relgion in a dangerous manner and forced it upon innocent people of the time. Islam minus the hadith is a simple religion to follow with undertstanding and tolerance but with the hadith it becomes the weapon of destruction of mankind.

Palestine is a problem of Islreal and Lebonon is a problem of Hasbullah. Iraq is a problem of Saddam and Bush. Afghanistan is a problem of Taliban and Bush. Now what is your peoblem? Freedom fighters? What freedom fightors? Are they fighting the government of the day? No. They are killing innocent people and than hiding behind children and women and when bombarded with rockets they run off leaving the children and women folks to face death. You call these goons freedom fighters? May be in your world it is called freedom fighters but not in mine. If US is the cause of their misery why not go and fight the US government and army instead of just blaming them. Go fix you nuke and blast of America form face of this earth for all I care but stop blaming others for it. Blasting WTC or Bali holiday resorts or Bombay market center would not help them any way. Only direct confrntation would be the best. Iran has been threatening US with nuke bomb, so wy not send one at capital hill instead of boasting about it. Why afraid it would be crashed to pieces?
