samalah....tapi i google sb nk tgk cara orang masak..lain orang, lain caranya....i google resepi ayam masak kicap, ada mcm2 cara yg tunjuk.....hihihii...last2 try semua nya..tengok mana yang masuk dengan tekak sendiri...

kot2 ada yang xtau mcm i smalam...i br tau malam td rupanya nk buang kulit sotong & bilas sotong pki garam....all the time..i gigih buang kulit pki jari jemari halus..

malam td i tgk rancangan masak2 by chef ismail....dia masak sambal itam sotong...i tgk dia buat scrub garam kat sotong tuh...sambil2 tuh kulit sotong tuh tercabut sndr....pas tuh...dah siap, basuh jugak sotong dengan air garam+selawat....

sebab selama nie i cabut mcm tuh jer kulit sotong....(i cabut kulit sotong tuh hanya bila nk masak sotong celup tepung)

i know that some people they remove the skin because of "clean" reason

i guna word scrub tuh supaya you ols boleh imagine mcm mana dia buat.....
maybe the proper sentence is "gosok/lumur sotong dengan garam"

carly ingtkan  rm150 tu termasuk sayur bagai,  rm150 mmg la dapat ikan daging semua... mcm ikan selar, paling murah rm12.90 sekilo... ikan pari rm16@17, udang sotong jangan cerita... rm25 paling murah itu pun dh x de gred... dan bg keluarga nak membesar mcm family carly ni... bahan mentah dlm gambar tu cukup untuk seminggu stgh aje (itu paling lama)....  skg ni kalau pandai, pg la cari kt pasar borong atau pun pasaraya yg buat sale... atau baru nk buka mcm nsk kota damansara bebaru ni... tp kn bersesak2 la...

Cuba pegi kat pasar tani atau pasar pudu time2 dorang dah nak tutup. confirm dorang bg discount kawkaw. Hari tu admin beli sotong kecik 2kg baru rm7. Udang 3 pinggan RM6 jah. fresh lagi.. hihi

Dewasa 2 org...anak2 preschooler n kindy dua orang...tah la sis..maybe sbb selalu beli seafood udang sotong ikan kot...rasanya kalau tak beli seafood boleh cut lg kot sbb ayam murah je...tp sayur pon mahal jgk..ambik itu ini seplastik dah rm20...
