Depression ni satu perasaan yg 'heavy' n 'deep'. Bykkan baca al quran,solat n jumpa doktor klu rs diri tu depress. Tp biasanya, org sekeliling yg perasaan kita depress ni. Kita yg depress ni da 'hanyut' dlm perasaan sendiri ms tu.

Betul..stress ni cukup berbeza dgn depression. Stress ni kita bole control sendiri mcm g berehat, tidur cukup, bersukan, karaoke n yg plg baik, solat / baca al quran. Menangis la dan mengadu pd Tuhan.

Unlike depression, mmg kena ada bantuan.

depression datang dalam berbagai cara..espcilaly kalu jiwa kacau..ubat murung paling mujarab..ikhlas solat tahajud..at least seminngu sekali for beginner..in shaa allah..tru own experience..berkesan pada saya..

Memang dunia skrg, ramai yg ada mental illness. Dr yg light-light sehingga yg serious level. Jaga diri masing2.  Kalau rasa too heavy to handle, boleh seek for medical opinion.

Masa janna ni up ig story tu,sheols dpt bnyk feedback dari org2 yg ada masalah depresssion,org ramai share story and mcm mana diorang atasi masalah ni. Janna ni pon ada post vid psl depression awareness dekat ig dia jugak. Apa la,sheol spread awareness dikata attention seeker,kalau tak share tak ambik tau dikata bimbo pulak
