Bestnya bau baby. Selamat berpantang ya farah

Jangan risau tau. Perut baby ni kecik je. Baby akan jadi cepat kenyang dan baby jugak akan jd cepat lapar semula sebab susu ibu ni mudah hadam. Beza dengan susu formula.

hi, just for sharing

i bf my both kids sampai umur 3thn without supplementing dgn formula
memang certain makanan akan jadi booster tapi yang penting adalah  konsep demand vs supply
u makan la milk booster apa pun kalau u tak ikut konsep tu mmg takkan jadi apa
selalu kosongkan breast - pam ,kerap susukan anak

selalu mindset yang susu kitacukup untuk anak

This is so for me now!

Semalam pam dapat 1 oz je berbanding last last time maximum 4 oz. Mungkin termakan apa-apa yang dropkan susu or stres ke tak sure. Demand baby pula makin hebat. Mummy is stress! Tapi pagi tadi mula positivekan diri sendiri. Sampai je stesen MRT beli soya then tadi pagi pam dapat balik my 4 oz! hhahaha im so glad

Makanan yang boosterkan susu saya:
- Jantung pisang (sangat obvious)
- Pegaga
- soya
- lobak putih (paling teruk obvious)
- anggur

But apa pon mummies, demand vs supply paling paling bagus. Contoh even u bekerja, u need to pum untuk elak FIL. Or else power pumping once a week also helps.
Banyakkan join group breastfeeding kat FB or whatsapp it really helps.

Banyakkan membaca and goodluck mummies! lets berjuang bersama-sama! xoxo

Lain orang lain booster dia. Tapi, menurut yang penting jgn kurang minum air sebab susu kita ni mostly, abt 80% ialah air. Booster lain macam kurma, white radish.
