tak boleh...i kena makan nasik 2 kali sehari paling kurang....mmg tak bagus tapi selera kg sgt...
Pagi-nasik lemak
tgh-nasik putih ngan lauk pauk
mlm-nasik putih ngan lauk pauk
Pastu sebelum mkn nasik2 tu,kena makan roti etc..or else shivering...tak boleh takda ape nk mkan...

gemuk kurus ikut gene...kalo rase nak cantik slim..usahala...kalo rase tak priority nak kurus..mkn je la sampai obes...

personally i rase,tak gemuk and not too skinny is very ideal body...ade mase tu gi lah gym...i takde mase lebih dah

untuk orang obese macam aku, formula untuk kurus adalah tolak minuman dan makanan yang mempunyai gula yang tinggi, tolak makanan berkarbohidrat. banyak minum air dan makan buah-buahan. InsyaAllah kurus dalam masa sebulan (at least turun 3-6 kg)
