bende tu kalau di biarkan smpai malam tak tido.tapi kalau pukul 5 petang ada makan nasi bbende tu  ...

iya ke macam tu? sefaham aku vit C sintetik yang kau ambik tu tak diserap lagi dalam badan hanya sebab badan kau dah serap enough vit C yang terkandung dalam meals kau. sama je. kalau badan kau dah serap dulu vit C dalam pil kau tu, dia tak serap pulak vit C dalam meals kau. no difference.

kalau sarapan nasi lemak mee goreng teh o ais celah mana ada vitamin c?   
aku ada sekali makan vitamin c tu dengan perut kosong. as a result waktu peak hour cth 1pptg dan 5 ptg aku tak rasa letih lamgsung. btw pil tu mengandungi zat besi.vitamin c dengan apa lagi ntah. bukkan vitamin c semata mata.

milo o panas memang wajib untuk brekfes.. makan ngan biskut atau kuih..

kalau makan mee/nasi memang mengantuk..

skrg dlm proses nk slim sket so pepagi amik cinch shake (café latte sedap wei!!) + skimmed milk(0% fat) + oats

tapi sebelum tu rutin I mcm ni :

1. Bangun tidur around 6 am terus minum jus jamu 1 penutup botol.
2. Sebelum pi keje 7am minum lemon suam
3. Smp ofis 8am makan cinch shake tu
4. 10.30 pagi makan sebiji telur/sepotong buah
5. 1 tghari lunch ikan + sayur

acik hari hari  sarapan oatmeal+susu...jemu tu jemu jugak, tapi nak variasi, kekadang letak kismis, kekadang pisang, kiwi, paling best oatmeal+peanut butter...

Be careful of d fruits.... nanti daripada nak kurus bole jadi gemuk.... pasal letak kismis, buah or kacang yg terlebih.... My overnite oat nak keje senang nya pasal just letak dlm sandwich bag oat, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, air dan sedikit frozen fruits macam mixed berries. Tak payah kacau pun.... seal sandwich bag tu letak dlm fridge. Pagi just amik dari fridge kacau then makan

semenjak bila nasi lemak,roti canai,mee hun ,kuewtiao ada vitamin c?

tu hari malam.ada la 2 mamat chinese exercise berbasikal. full complete protection. sekali dia duduk. depan meja aku makan roti canai

boleh je kalau ikut kaedah 6 meals a day..

dalam pukul 10am snacking..
makan 1-2 kuih atau roti bakar dengan
minuman panas kegemaran u..
