Dulu een pernah buat atkins. Time tu kebetulan buat masa bulan puasa + minum sd2 skali. Memang boleh kurus. Een hilang 10kg dalam sebulan. Tapi lepas raya, memang hancus. Godaan makanan masa raya tu sangat menggoda.  

Sekarang een da tak buat atkins. cuma make sure een makan portion yang sikit & exercise. Alhamdulillah.. berat sekarang maintain macam dulu.

Oiccc...lemon tgh wat Atkins ni..hahaha..br ari ke-3..harap2 leh bertahan la..sejak kantin jual makanan mahal..rajin pulak iols bgn pg buat bekal..dah alang2 tu..terus wat menu atkins..hahah

Aku tak blh buat Atkins , rasa macam kebulur yg amat. Mcm mana you all nak elak rasa lapar? Maklumlah aku memang kena ambil nasi. Aku try buat seminggu. Lepastu hancus, tak mampu nak bertahan.

60-70% diet. 30-40% senaman.

Dpt tips daripada Personal Trainer:
Menu

Sarapan (8pagi) :
Cereal Nestle Fitness dengan low fat milk

Braunch (dalam jam 10pagi):
kbar  90 calories (nie bar coklat...selalu ada jual kat supermarket)

Lunch (12tengah hari)
nasi putih (satu mangkuk kecik)
satu lauk ayam/ikan
satu lauk sayur

petang (3ptg)
sebiji epal hijau

malam (6ptg)
sup sayur

note: kena minum byk air kosong. takde makanan manis - coklat, gula, kek and etc
bole pilih satu hari sebagai cheat day...tp still amek portion yg kecik

Puasa. Yg disunahkan has been proven. Diet 5:2. Where you eat normally for five day and fast for two. So puasa Monday and Thursday insyaAllah it works and also dapat pahala.

Oh. Semoga lemon terus bertabah untuk teruskan diet atkins. Een pun kena kuatkan semangat nak teruskan diet balik ni. Hehe

buat atkins berat cepat turun..kena gigih & nekad la..tp bila dah start cheat mmg susah nak start balik...macam aku! huwaa.... pas beranak ni nak nyusu baby lg...bila nak start balik???

1st lemon tu dah hiris rendam air panas didih sejuk kan tambah air biasa store dlm tmbler masok fridge minum segelas 1 day sampai habis ...abis buat lagi

minum air lemon sambil buat atkins. sepupu aku buat gini, memang turun berat badan dia. bila dah capai target, die stop atkins tapi teruskan air lemon tu. maintain body die.

I pernah try mcm2 cara. Tapi yg buatkan I berjaya hilangkan berat badan sampai 15 kg dalam 3 bulan adalah I tak skip langsung exercise every day 1 jam-2 jam (Yes every day, I tgk youtube buat aerobic and set push up, seat up, squat semua tu) and jaga makan betul2(No rice, no bread but I still makan macam lauk pauk or mi hon soup sebab work out and I pastikan perut tak kosong masuk angin). Owh, and I minum air 3 l min and 5 l maximum, penat pergi tandas but it is good.
Nak start sumpah payah n badan mmg sakit and tak larat tapi kuatkan smgt, almost every week akan tgk biggest looser di youtube atau cerita inspirasi lain. Now pun nak start balik, sebab rasa boyot gila lepas raya-raya and cuti berjimba.
