Yoona with the tuberculosis decided to leave to America.
On the fourth episode of the KBS 2TV drama "Love Rain", Kim Yoon-hee (Yoona) realized that her illness was serious and decided to part ways with Jang Geun-seok. She was going to America.
Seo In-ha and Yoon-hee were unwelcome by friends now that their love was going both ways. Baek Hye-jeong (Son Eun-seo) revealed that Seo In-ha stole a look into Kim Yoon-hee's diary. Misunderstanding that he sneaked into her diary to round her up, she was upset but then cried when she saw the love letter written in the back of it.
Seo In-ha wrote, "I am thankful to this diary that led me to you. I write here, an excuse. Just know that, my heart is the truth".
She wanted to run out to Seo In-ha who was waiting for her in the rain but she couldn't stop coughing. She threw up blood on her handkerchief. She had serious tuberculosis. She took a break from school because of the stares she was getting from everybody.
According to her grandmother, she decided to go to America.

Rookie actress Park Se-yeong just finished her youth role in KBS 2TV drama "The Equator Man" and is now moving her nest. Park Se-yeong took on the role of Soo-mi in "The Equator Man" and she has now been cast in "Love Rain" and will start appearing from the eight episode.
In "Love Rain", Park Se-yeong takes on the role of Mi-ho, the younger sister of Seon-ho (Kim Si-hoo) who is also a very talented model. She is acknowledged for what she doe best on the runway but she is love with Joon (Jang Geun-seok) by herself.
Her agency 4HIM Entertainment said, "She is glad to be coming back so soon with a good project. If she was trendy in "If Tomorrow Comes" and hurt in "The Equator Man", she is much upgraded as a fashion model in "Love Rain". She hurts on the inside but is jealous on the inside. "Love Rain" modern version, increases in percentage
The preview appearance of the 2012 version "Love Rain" increased viewing percentages a little bit.
According to AGB Nielsen Media Research, the fourth episode of the KBS 2TV drama "Love Rain" rated 5.3%. This is 0.9% higher than the third episode of 4.4%.
On this day, Kim Yoon-hee (Yoona) left for America to treat her tuberculosis and Seo In-ha (Jang Geun-seok) joined National Service. Then time flew by to the year 2012 to where Jang Geun-seok and Yoona bumped into each other on the subway as the daughter and son's of Seo In-ha and Kim Yoon-hee, Seo Joon and Jeong Ha-na.
