dah penah survey dah kat situ cip... tapi mahal pulak masa gi tgk tu.. tgk2 aje, bkn gi tawar pun...

Masa gi tu... dia jual acuan tart.. 6 bijik atau 8.. lupa dah.. rm7.9.. saiz sedang punya.. tapi tak tawar pun lah.. yg jaga kedai pun budak perempuan muda... lepas ni rasa nak pi tawar, mungkin dia boleh kasi kurang...

dekat ngan umah saya... kalau huda nak saya boleh pegi survey, tapi nak gi survey bila tu ... tak tau... susah nak jalan sorang bawak anak dalam keadaan skarang ni.. selalu kena tunggu husband ikut sekali...
tiap kali pegi petang, mesti kedai tu dah tutup..

huda, shida beli kat BWY, dia siap packing 1 pek tu ada 20 biji. tak sampai RM10. saiz sedang. yang besar ada. tapi shida tak suka hak besar.

sy beli kat kedai kek syg, 10 Rm7.50...saiz sedan tu...

sy nak tanya, klo buat tart shell, mcm mana kita nak tau ia 1/2 masak?
pastu inti kastard kak liza tu, bila kita bakar kena sampai keras ker?mcm mana nak tau inti tu dah masak?:stp:

dah beli dah erkkk....boleh laa start projek tat plak..
cara yang biasa saya dok wat...just bakar dalam 10 minit mcm tu..
tgk samada tat2 tu seme dah kering ke belum..
tapi kalau nk wat egg tart..yg nie kena bakar sekejapppp je..
sebabnya..lepas dah bubuh filling..nk kena bakar lagikk..
bakar sampai masak..kadang2 bila tgk filling dok bergoyang-goyang lagik tu..
biarkan aje..biar dia sejuk skett..nanti dia ok..kental mcm biasa..
tapi make sure laa tart tuh dah betul2 masak sama dgn filling apa seme..
tgk dia dah tukor kaler..

Hi kak Kacip!!

kita memang suka yg ni..memang selalu buat yg ni la..nak-nak kalau musim berry kat sini..
kalau tak musim pun , kalau dah teringin nak makan beli berries yg frozen jer kat supermarket...

yg ni tak semestinya buat pakai mould tart..apa2 bekas pun boleh...

nanti try la buat ye!

memang mix pun kak kacip..yg kita buat tu macam2 jenis berris...strawberry je takde..
rasberry, blackberry, boysenberry, blueberry..ada lagi 2 jenis tu tak tau berry per..

satu warna kuning cam rupa rasberry... satu lagi kecik2 bulat2...ada 2 warna, kuning ngan merah...
