ni i tgh tiup kencang for u...pls tiup i balik...naik 10kg dlm1 yr..due to stress mainly n malas p exercise..dah 5 hr thn baru masih blum gerak ke gym

Allah----> terus sebut nama Allah sebab tergezut gituh

takpe ada mengidap sakit lutut tak? kalau ada please start dengan brisk walk dulu
jalan selow melow tepi taman ke/ keliling umah pun boleh
makan tu macam iols takut plak nak nasihat- sebab iols skang fasa kuat makan uols
tapi try to take heavy bfast pagi supaya bertenaga sepanjang hari- gituh
malam kalau uols jenis mmg kene makan malam, makan awallah uols
mak skang kene exercise naik tangga sebab asyik makan je kan----> PADAN MUKA

skang GEDEMPOL sangat ke
please bagitau berat bape dan prefer makanan yang macam mana dan suka buat senaman cam mana

Ni Kak Senah Vogue bagi contoh:-

Berat= 79 KG
Makanan yang digemari = Makanan Jepun sahaja (tidak pedas kata ko)
Senaman yang gemar dilakukan = 1. Berkumpulan (Menari/ Football/ Futsal)
                                                   2. Sendirian kerana sendiri lebih tenang (HAHA) - jogging kat taman sengsorang/ skipping kat umah jah


harap contoh di atas dapat memberi panduan ke jalan lurus lagi diredhoi untuk Zoe 1511

Acik minat..minat baca. Tapi rasanya nak gerak brisk walk pon adehh...asek ngantuk. Drive ngantuks...membaca ngantuks..tgh menulih pun ngantuk. Tdo da cukup da..haha..kol 930 mlm da tumbang. Kol 5 bangun.
Besnye bila nengok owang kuat ekseais...gym joging bagai. Salute

relax je dia terus bekerja demi bangsa dan negara chuols
nak gi KL skang boleh naik u-ber, monorel, STAR LRT, PUTRA LRT
nak kene tiup angin ni kalau berlayar je jah oiiiii
