[News] Super Junior Lee Teuk "The group will do its best promote with only 10 members"
Lee Teuk, leader of Korean idol group Super Junior, has said the group will do its best to promote its latest album although making a comeback with only 10 of its original 13 members.
The singer made the remark during an interview with Asia Economic Daily on Friday ahead of staging their comeback performance on KBS' weekly music show "Music Bank", referring to members Kang-in, Kibum and Hangeng taking a break from the group.
Kang-in is planning to enter the army to fulfill his mandatory two-year military service, Kibum is focusing on his acting career and Hangeng is currently embroiled in a legal battle with SM.
"Many people asked if we are starting to lose our light or if we would no longer be showing a variety of performances which was our strength," the singer said. "But we will try to put those worries to sleep through our activities...... The team is getting along better than ever."
He added that Kang-in decided to take a break from his career and go to the military both for himself and for the team. He stressed that the other members were not against Kang-in in continuing his career after he got caught drunk driving last October.
Lee appeared confident about the new album, saying that they had received about 200,000 advanced orders for the record, compared to 150,000 orders they had gotten for the group's previous chart-topping album "Sorry, Sorry."
Super Junior -- composed of members Leeteuk, Heechul, Han Geng, Yesung, Kang-in, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook, Kibum and Kyuhyun -- debuted in December 2005 with their first studio album titled "SuperJunior05 (TWINS)".
They became a K-pop phenomenon across Asia, thanks to the success of their subsequent albums "Don't Don" (2007) and "Sorry, Sorry" (2009), and held two sold-out concert tours in 2008 and 2009 titled "The 1st Asia Tour - Super Show" and "Super Show 2".
Their latest single "BONAMANA", the title track from the fourth record, has been sweeping various K-pop music charts since it was released on May 10.

Then Leeteuk and Shindong heard it and pretended to be angry, shouting “HaJiMa” (don’t do it), then everyone started shouting “Shin Donghee Shin Donghee”. Then it’s our Donghae’s turn to be upset. He walked over and shouted “HaJiMa”. Then everyone started shouting “Lee Donghae Lee Donghae”. Our little boy achieved his intent and smiled very happily. He even stick his tongue out and signaled “ok” hand sign
3. Before the last recording begins, Donghae turned around to face the fans and showed the ‘victory-sign’. When he turned back again, he turned into the cool man and started dancing handsome-ly again.
4. Finally recording ended, Donghae and Eunhyuk hugged, and they maintained the hugging position while walking down the stage horizontally crab-styled
5. When Ryeowook came out from the cube stage prop, he bumped his head on the prop and “ah~”. One of the members came over and asked him if he is alright.
6. Before the music starts, Sungmin keep shaking his butt and Eunhyuk even went over and whacked Sungmin’s butt. Super cute. After that, Sungmin continued shaking his butt. Some fans off stage shouted “Sungmin oppa, stop shaking your ass~” then did he stop^^
7. After the third recording ended, everyone thought that there’s no problem and everything’s fine, but was requested (to record) one more time. Leeteuk says “Then let’s do it again”, and said to the ELF “Isn’t it good?”

Super Junior’s Shindong has finished recording his last broadcast on MBC ‘Bbo Bbo Bbo’ and had his last thoughts passed on. Shindong has posted on Twitter the Plaque from MBC’s ‘Bbo Bbo Bbo’ on the 17th and has spoken his mind.

Recently Idol Group Super Junior has had their comeback and their fans are interested of their title song but also their looks.
They usually showed naughty, fun and attractive side, but differently this time the 10 members have mostly shown off their solid abs and arm muscles. This was then so-called the 'Beast' transformation when they were on stage.
After Super Junior has announced their recent 4th album, from the 14th to 16th, they have gone through 3 consecutive shows :KBS 2TV 'Music Bank', MBC 'Show! Music Bank' and SBS 'Inkigayo' They have performed their title song 'Miinah' in front of the audiences.
The Super Junior members have been working out for the stages and have rebuilt muscles and masculinity. The Super Junior members have now transformed into 'Best bodies' and this is a hot issue between the fans.
On the 18th, Super Junior's agency SM Entertainment revealed that "Most of the Super Junior members have been working out for this album and have made their bodies into a piece of art"

Yesterday , Hangeng, who hasn’t yet ended his lawsuit case appeared on the opening ceremony of ‘New Power Music Plan’, organized by Enlight Media Group. Yuan Weiren said that they are now helping Hangeng for his new album. According to what the reporters had known, Hangeng will have his new career after leaving the band. The new album that Yuan Weiren had mention is expected to be released by two months later from now.
The ‘New Power Music Plan’ is aiming the new singers, and during July to November they will record the creations of those new singers, and combined into 5 albums. 5 experienced musicians, Zhang Yadong, Yuan Weiren, Gao Xiaosong, Paul Wong and Xiao Ke are going to be the producer of these 5 albums.
Other than Zhang Yadong, (Ziao Ke wasn’t’ available), 3 other musicians came to the opening ceremony yesterday, together with Hangeng who was the guest. Having Hangeng standing in the middle, it really feels like a large group of people protecting and supporting a new star. Seeing the other experienced musicians, Hangeng was very humble, always saying that he’s ‘excited’. As the lawsuit hasn’t yet finished, Hangeng spoke very carefully and formally, he mentioned that he will be joining this singer selection, hoping that his new songs could be recorded in those 5 albums. He even said “I’m very greedy, and if I have a chance, I wanted these 5 musicians help me to produce an album. Yuan Weiren who was standing aside suddenly said that he was preparing the new album for Hangeng, and had already received half of the works. Meanwhile, Gao Xiaosong is discussing the contract terms with Hangeng.
Because of the oppression and exploitation, Hangeng decided to sue his litigation in the Korea Court, hoping to end the contract with SME, and then Hangeng will have a different path as Super Junior, not attending the concerts as well as any public activities of their new album.
As the law case hasn’t yet ended, Hangeng didn’t accept any of the interviews, than Yuan Weiren, Gao Xiaosong became the reporters target, asking them about Hangeng’s news. Gao Xiaosong was apparently feeling a bit annoyed, he said “I hope the newspaper tomorrow won’t be talking about ‘me and Yuan Weiren have made a new album for Hangeng’, actually I was just compromising the cooperation with Hangeng , and those are related to dancing and singing, not the new album.” According to the reporters, Hangeng hadn’t yet signed contract with the recording company, but he will after the law case has ended. The new album that Yuan Weiren had mentioned is expected to be released two months later.
