Husband sy aritu kitorg bg 2 accounts: Tabung Hj & CIMB. Tabung hj tu ambik kat office siap dgn stamp. CIMB tu plak download from website cimbclicks. Downloaded statement tu dlm bentuk excel, nama account holder pon xde..ade no account bank je..rupa statement tu mmg buruk..kitorg pasrah je submit..sbb kat ctu gaji masuk, mmg ade name account company kat transaction gaji yg debiited.. kitorg biar je acct number kat situ sbb kitorg pikir kalo embassy nk verify the owner of the account, perlukan the account number.. |

For my case, my husband received the refusal letter on 28/8/2018. Apply pada 10/8/ ...
Sy ad terbaca jugak case satu family ni... Diorng fly dgn mas airlines.. Husband die da dpt refusal letter from embassy.. Lagi 3 hari nk terbang die apply kat vfs utk eta 600..sampai hari nk fly x de pape result. So die tawakal je pergi dgn fmly die. Sampai nk check in tu, ad sorang staf mas airlines, namanya hasbullah.. Die terus tolong fmly ni apply visa on that time then terus call embassy sana via whatssup apps. Dlm 3 jam die dpt da visa die.. So boleh terbang dgn fmly die.. Kakak tu ad share gambar staf yg namanya hasbullah.. Mungkin ad yg nk mencari staf mas airlines ni kat airport sy boleh forward gmbar die.. |

Just nk share from my experienced, sy dpt refusal letter atas sbb insufficient docs.. So better kumpulkn semua docs tu compiled an cantik2.. Baru emel kat embassy.. |

the purpose you stated, I considered several factors, including:
Your personal circumstances that would encourage you to return to your home country (or country of usual residence) at the end of the proposed visit (such as ongoing employment, financial commitments, family, property or significant assets)
The purpose and period of stay
Previous immigration/travel history (such as previous visa applications for Australia
or other previous overseas travel)
I considered the information provided in your application. I note that you are currently employed at Restaurant Sejati Gemilang which is a family owned business, as such I am unable to put much weight on your employment ties as an incentive to depart Australia at the end of your proposed visit.
I also considered the bank statements you provided to the Department. Although I note you declared your monthly salary is paid in cash, the bank statements you provided does not demonstrate your claims of receiving regular income. Furthermore, the transaction history provided shows an irregular amount of deposits towards the statement closing date which I am unable to verify the source of funds.
You have indicated that you intend to travel to Australia from 30 July 2018 to 4 August 2018, which I consider to be unreasonable, given your current circumstances in Malaysia as well as the costs and travel time associated with a visit to Australia.
I also not that you have previously travelled to a limited number of countries outside of Malaysia. Although this does not stand against you, your international travel and immigration record do not support your application by demonstrating that you have abided by the conditions of prior visas and departed other countries.
After considering the information you provided to the Department, on balance, I am not satisfied that you demonstrated evidence of intending a genuine temporary stay in Australia.
As you do not meet at least one clause in Schedule 2 of the Regulations, ie clause 600.211, I have not turned my mind to whether you satisfy the other Schedule 2 criteria. |

pergi ngan family kot..... record kita pegi overseas pun dia amik kira..... mmg betul2 taknak bagi org malaysia dtg ni.....
yg ni u dah bayar kan utk subclass600 kan anne.....

Itu baru bab embassy dan immigresen belum dah lepas masuk sana lagi. Sekarang ni kalau ke Oz ikut travel agency tour group akan rasa lebih selesa dan selamat dari gi sendiri berbanding ke negara2 omputih lain. Layan pun berbeza kalau kita pergi cara sendiri berbanding ikut tour tu. Kebanyakan org Oz ni, tak kiralah Oz ke, mix Oz ke even pr Oz tak suka orang Asia nak2 dari Asia Tenggara berbanding dengan omputih dari negara2 lain. Benda ni buka pekara baru pun hanya lately makin ketara sifat tak suka mereka tu sejak kes pati2 ni.

yeke..so awak dah dapat ke? saya dah terlepas flight haritu sbb husband tak dapat visa..so kitorang plan kalau dapat nak pergi hujung tahun sebab hotel boleh postpone, cuma kene beli flight ticket baru lah tapi senyappp je takde email ape pun dah almost a month dah ni.

Kawan kata Sydney dan Melbourne restrict Malaysian nak masuk. Xtau sebab apa.
Btw bila baca mesej Anne tu, nmpknya OZ govt nak tgk our financial stability. Tp yg pelik boleh pula drng prasangka yg short visit tu mcm nak pegi kerja sana pula.. Tak kan nak lama2 duduk sana kan.. Dah nama pun melancong. Saya pegi sana pun cuma 5 mlm ja.. Tp tulah kot juga sebabnya ETA saya ditolak mula2 tu.. Entah2 drng ingat saya nak la sgt kerja petik epal (rolled eyes) huhu |
