dlm berita baru2 ni pula, penemuan dokumen yg mengejutkan tu ditulis sbg 'keterangan bertulis oleh pelajar2'
tak tau la pulak samada akuan bertulis dan keterangan bertulis tu merujuk kepada dokumen yg sama atau lain

Penolong Ketua Guru Disiplin Nurul Syahadah Ibrahim, 38, berkata pihak sekolah tidak menyerahkan laporan berkenaan kepada polis kerana ia hanya rekod dalaman sekolah, dan pihak sekolah percaya kepada kredibiliti, kemahiran dan kepakaran polis dalam menjalankan siasatan berhubung kes itu.
Nurul Syahadah turut mengakui bahawa kelima-lima hasil siasatan itu tidak pernah dilaporkan kepada pengetua sekolah, sebaliknya hanya dimaklumkan kepada Penolong Kanan Hal Ehwal Murid (PK HEM).

"Kami mengambil keterangan pelajar sekadar untuk simpanan rekod sekolah (untuk tarikh 17 Julai, 4, 5 dan 13 Ogos)," jelasnya.

‘Internal findings on Zara’s death not shared with police’
Nurul Syahadah further admitted that the findings of all five internal investigations were never formally reported to the school principal, but were instead referred to the assistant principal of Student Affairs.
“At that time, the principal was occupied with liaising with various parties, including the District Education Office and State Education Department,” she said.
When questioned by Rizwandean M Borhan, counsel representing Zara Qairina’s mother, the witness testified that the findings were not disclosed to the deceased’s mother to prevent speculation.
“We wished to avoid giving rise to any speculation. I had no ill intent in this matter; I am also a mother myself... I disagree with the suggestion that we deliberately concealed this information from Zara Qairina’s mother,” she emphasised.
Recalling her memories of the deceased, Nurul Syahadah said that while she never taught the student any subjects, she had received a pencil case as a gift from her during Teacher’s Day celebrations on May 20.
“I rarely interacted with her, so I was surprised to receive the gift. The school’s discipline unit had never taken any disciplinary action against her. She had also expressed interest in joining the Dakwah and Rohani (Badar) Society.
“I was informed of this matter by a student on July 17, after her passing. To the best of my recollection, approximately one week before the incident, she had expressed an intention to meet with me regarding becoming a Badar member.
“This remains a positive memory, as it was unprecedented for a student to express such an interest,” she testified.

Internal investigation report on Zara Qairina case not shown to principal or any party, says witness
Responding to questions from lawyer Clarice Vyone Conrad, who represented Zara Qairina's father, the witness agreed that the report should have been submitted to the principal no matter what the circumstances were, as it was the principal's responsibility to know everything that happened at the school.
“Yes, that’s right. The principal needs to be informed even if it’s a minor case. I attribute this to my own mistake. This internal investigation report is only known to the disciplinary unit, and we maintain confidentiality even though we are in the same school. We think the report is only for the disciplinary unit’s internal storage.
“A copy of the report was also not given to the principal because she is no longer at the school, and we rarely meet to hand it over in person,” said the 54th witness at the Zara Qairina death inquest proceedings before Coroner Amir Shah Amir Hassan.
Clarice: Since when was the principal no longer at the school?
Nurul Syahadah: As I recall, since August this year.
Clarice: When the report was dated July 16 and 17, the principal was still at the school, right?
Nurul Syahadah: There is still something, I missed it.
Clarice: Earlier the teacher said this was a serious case, how could it have been overlooked?
“It’s true, this is a serious case, but at that time we were really struggling with our respective duties and roles… Yes, the report dated July 16 and 17, I myself overlooked handing it over to the principal because I was too focused on the internal investigation,” Nurul Syahadah said.
The witness also reiterated that the report was only for the school’s internal records and not for the authorities, and admitted that she would likely hand it over if asked by the police.

- saksi yg merupakan guru kaunseling dipanggil semula utk bentang laporan kaunseling mengenai seorg pelajar jr.
- Buku nota pelajar jr itu dijumpai seorg warden , yg menulis luahan hati mengenai hal keluarga. So sheols dipanggil sbb saksi berpendapat pelajar jr itu perlu dibantu.
- juga ada meluahkan hasrat utk berpindah ke sekolah lain namun ibunya minta bersabar hingga kes di sekolah selesai.
- Pelajar itu juga alami kesukaran utk tidur apabila lampu "lights off" , slps kes zara.

- Guru Syariah dan tinggal di rumah warden di Blok D.
- bertugas di Unit Disiplin form 6 dan tak terlibat dgn siasatan dalaman kes Zara.

- Guru asrama dilantik sbb pihak sekolah tidak cukup petugas Warden.
- Heols lantik & tapis Ketua Dorm. KD tak boleh ada rekod masalah disiplin.
- Pnh dpt aduan kecurian. Jika berasas heols akan panjangkan ke Unit Disiplin.
- Saksi memilih utk tidak bersetuju & diam apabila ditanya samaada mereka gagal jalankan tanggungjawab sbg warden.
- Apabila ditanya sama ada insiden Zara mebi takkan berlaku sekiranya ada warden bertugas pd mlm 15/7 , saksi memilih utk tak jawb.
-16/7 , 3.31 pg , Pk Hem telefon beritahu seorang pelajar pengsan di asrama puteri.
- Saksi bergegas ke lokasi. Bila tiba , Zara terbaring di laluan simen tepi rumah warden Puteri Blok A. Saksi sangka Zara sedang tidur sbb dgr bunyi spt "berdengkur"
- Pd mulanya tk nmpk darah mengalir , cuma nampak tulang kaki tertonjol.
- Berada di lokasi sehingga ambulans tiba.
- KW arahkan heols hubungi Mama Zara. Try call dari pukul 4.14 pg , 4.19 dpt. Saksi beritahu Zara pengsan , patah kaki & dihantar ke sepital ditemani seorag warden perempuan.
- mlam 16/7 , melawat Zara di hospital. 17/7 berada di wad semasa proses cabut tiub.
- Slps insiden zara , tiada lagi Ketua Dorm sbb semua pelajar form 1,2,3 amalkan PDPR ( pengajaran & pembelajaran di rumah) . Oleh itu , kini skola tiada lagi pelajar form 1,2,3 di blok asrama.
- CCTV juga tlh dipasang
- Slps kes zara , ada satu kes buli melibatkan asrama Puteri. Semua yg terlibat tlh digantung skola.
- kurang pasti mengenai dakwaan ada sorg pelajar senior ckp "aku hempaslah kepala mu ni , kau mau ka jd mcm Zara".
- benarkan permintaan sorg pelajar utk cuci bucu longkang tmpt zara memula dijumpai. Tp tak igt pelajar mana. Cuma igt ditanya slps solat subuh.
- secara umumnya tak tahu apa yg berlaku di asrama puteri sbb diluar skop tugas sbg warden asrama lelaki.
- ada bertanya kpd bbrp guru & pelajar namun deyols juga taktahu punca. Juga dgr bbrp citer psl arwah tp heols tak ambil sbrg spekulasi.

- Guru Kelas 1 Fatimah (kelas Zara) . Zara duduk dlm kump 14 pelajar di meja susunan E.
- Sempat ajar Zara selama 3 bulan , dari 13/4 hingga 10/7 , seminggu b4 zara jatuh
- Pergaulan Zara dlm kelas adalah baik , tiada masalah disiplin @ sosial pnh ditimbulkan.
- Pnh nmpk zara berjalan dgn srg pelajar jr menuju ke kantin , dan anggap deyols kawan rapat.
- Ada student beritahu zara conteng meja waktu di bilik RBT. Zara mengaku tulis "Zara comel" & "Zara 1 Fatimah "guna pen marker.
- Heols tegur & suruh arwah bersihkan meja.

- kenal tulisan Zara sbb kerap semak buku latihan arwah. Namun bersetuju saksi bukan pakar tulisan.

Zabidi: Yes.
Elmer: Are you sure?
Zabidi: Yes.
Elmer: Are you confident you can identify her handwriting 100 per cent if shown to you?

Elmer: What is special about Zara’s letter ‘J’?
Zabidi: It looks like a fish hook.
He described Zara as cheerful, with no disciplinary issues, and said she appeared very close to “Student A,” who was later transferred to another school on Aug 14. He added that Student A had submitted medical certificates on four occasions.
Zabidi, who is still teaching at the school, said he never received any complaints from other teachers during his time as Zara’s class teacher.

KOTA KINABALU:The late Zara Qairina Mahathir’s Design and Technology teacher, who had taught her for only three months since April 13, told the Coroner’s Court here on Tuesday that the 13-year-old was cheerful and often laughed in class with her friends.
Mohamad Zabidi Husain, 34, testified before Coroner Amir Shah Amir Hassan that Zara behaved like any other schoolgirl and never showed any signs of depression, stress, or sadness during his lessons.
The witness said he had reprimanded Zara for talking during class on July 10 — the last time he saw her — but added that talking in class was a normal behaviour among students.
“I saw that everyone in my class did not seem to have any problems. They were all laughing, and I can categorise Zara as a cheerful girl,” Mohamad Zabidi said when questioned by counsel Prem Elmer Ganasan.
He testified that Zara never ponteng (skipped classes), never arrived late to school, and always submitted her homework. When checking her assignments, he found nothing unusual or concerning in terms of her emotional state.
Responding to another question, the 52nd witness said he was 100 per cent certain he could recognise Zara’s handwriting. When shown photos of Zara’s diary and loose notes, he said he had never seen them before, but confirmed that the handwriting was hers.
He explained that he could identify Zara’s handwriting because he was her class teacher and recognised her distinctive Jshaped letter, which he described as resembling a fish hook.
When questioned by counsel Mohd Luqman Syazwan Zabidi Md Zain, the witness said he frequently saw Zara’s handwriting when checking her exam papers and class exercises, although he could not recall how many exercises he assigned each month.
Mohamad Zabidi said he began teaching the class on April 13 after being on medical leave since February 28. By then, the class syllabus was already at the “sketching pictorial” topic, which involved more drawing than writing, though some writing was still required.
He added that Form One students typically had varied handwriting styles, and he was unsure whether Zara was right- or left-handed. The witness also explained that the subject was taught in a dedicated workshop-style classroom. When referred to evidence regarding a handwritten message in the room that read “Zara perasan cantik” (Zara thinks she’s pretty), he said he had not noticed it.
He also said he did not see any curse words written on the tables in the subject room, possibly because they were written using pen. No students had approached him about these writings. He confirmed he had no expert background in handwriting analysis.
The witness also testified that he contacted Zara’s mother three times via Telegram at 4.50am, 4.53am and 4.54am, with the third call answered. He also messaged her via WhatsApp. He said the dormitory chief warden had instructed him to contact Zara’s mother because he was her class teacher.
According to him, the warden informed him that Zara had fallen, and he relayed to her mother that Zara’s legs were broken.
When asked by the Coroner, the witness said he had no class with Zara on July 15, the day of the incident.
Earlier, when questioned by deputy public prosecutor Mohd Fairuz Johari, the witness said he had never caught Zara scratching on classroom tables but had received complaints. He said he observed quietly until Zara admitted to making the scratches, and he instructed her to clean them.
He said Zara had written “Zara comel” (Zara is cute) and “Zara 1 Fatimah” (Zara Form One Fatimah) using a marker pen. He was unsure how she removed the writings but confirmed she cleaned the table twice.
He also explained that his classroom had an E-shaped desk arrangement for 14 students and that Zara sat at position number nine at the end of the table. From his observations, her best friend was Student A.

belum ada lagi Kenyataan Media pihak lawyer ibu zara, utk saksi ke 53 . Saksi ni akan dipanggil semula minggu dpn. Kenyataan Media utk saksi ke 54 (Nurul Syahadah , guru disiplin) pun tak ada lg.

saya ada check juga pasal perkara ni.. ada beberapa kali ulang juga.. shaharoom hashim tu masih belum lagi jadi former principal.. dia cuma ditempatkan sementara di jpn sabah.. no longer at school tu bermaksud pengetua tu tiada di sekolah sbb dipindahkan sementara tapi masih lagi memegang jawatan pengetua
azhari sagap tu ya sekarang ni memang dah jadi former chief warden
so dlm berita sebelum ni yg ada tulis pasal peguam2 sedang berfikir samada utk memanggil former principal sbg saksi tu berkemungkinan adalah pengetua yg sebelum ni iaitu rosnih nasir..

The Coroner's Court is expected to call three new witnesses and recall several others in the inquest into the death of Zara Qairina Mahathir, following a startling revelation yesterday.
Lawyer Mohd Rizwandean Bukhari M Borhan informed the court that their team intended to call three student eyewitnesses, who are new to the inquest.
Lawyer Shahlan Jufri said that, apart from the child witnesses, their team might recall other witnesses, including the school's teachers, the former dormitory chief warden, and the former school principal.
