Sebelum ni ada buat tp byk ngelat sbb leceh jaga budak kat rumah
Bila bb bangun susah nak workout

Calla masa pregnantbhari tu rajin gak workout sblm kene morning sickness
bila mabuk jadi malas nak workout
sudahnye sampai 9 bulan tak buat apa
now baru timbul balik kesedaran nak workout lepas tgk baju lama tersadai je
Haiii... Lama tak jenguk sni.. Dlu penah kenalkan diri kat thread ni, last year kot.... Tp tea jarang jenguk forum cari sbb bizi tang lain... But am still continuing my daily workout routine... Tea banyak join classes by les mills, sbb subscription gym kan... Teringin nak try zumba tp takde lak kat gym tea join ni... Maybe bole beli zumba workout cd and buat kat rumah time weekend kot....
Hari ni tea buat step hi-lo 1 hour (intense cardio workout).. Lepas tu sambung sauna.... Makan hari ni cam banyak diskaun dr biasa sbb hari ni officially sbes pantang.. Hehehe... Terus makan 1 slice kek red velvet... Dinner just sup sayur sawi dengan bihun sikit... Husband pun makan same. Pagi 1 keping roti +2 half boiled eggs, tengahari sbb gi gym, tea minum gatorade, and kek 1 slice tu la... Tp bukan immediately pas workout.. Dalam kol 4 baru gi tapau kek...
Since esok cuti new year, tea just buat sh'bam dancing for 1 hour kat rumah.... Minat sh'bam and mmg tea hafal the choreography... Lusa nak buat sh'bam dengan kickboxing kat gym.. 1 during lunch hour... Kickboxing lak kol 7 malam sampai kol 8... Bila baca thread ni baru tau korang beli cd workout from kedai video ek... Bole laa tea usha esok...
Now, tea tengah preparing to conceive, so, tea kena cari whatsort of exercise that fits for pregnant ladies... Yang tea tau, i need to avoid intense cardio and sit ups.... My normal routine of once a week bodypump and bodyvive pun kena reduce the weight kan... I also do yoga once a week for recovery and repairing my joints....
Owh lupa update my weight... Masa akhir last year tu tea tulis berat 56kg kan.... Now i'm 51 kg... Berat tea time mula2 kawen is 56... Tinggi tea 162 cm... Tea ada refer to superskinnyme.com and bodytype tea small/medium... So, this type responds really well to exercising, but i need to limit my weight training to max 2-3 hours a week saje... Klo xsilap, tea bole makan 1700 kcal daily considering my exercise frequency...
Tea exercise ni more to health la... 2ndly is bentuk badan, nak yang toned and nampak muscle sket2 dekat kaki and perut, and tea tanak kurus sangat, i really hope BMI tea tak jatuh bawah 19, sbb i still need my muscle and essential fat and i want to maintain my current curve... Kalo kurus ilang ler aset2 berharga tea... Berat badan is no.3 bg tea.. Yg penting yang tea mentioned just now.... Bodyfat tea latest check dalam 20%... Yang best bila kita exercise ni, all the toxins flushed out and rambut tea mmg lagi lebat compared to umur 20an tea... I'm in my early 30s now, tp org slalu confused ingat student uni...

kalau duk pikir nak kurus3x...pastue tak kurus..stress lagik makan banyak ( I ler tue dolu2)
but now fikir nak maintain healthy lifestyle
kalau gagal sentiasa berusaha cuba balik
maklumlah manusia kan mmg mudha lalai dan lupa
