i bought nursing bra to be worn during pregnancy, so that i didn't hv to spend extra once i delivered the baby and need to BF the baby. most nursing bras are non-padded, non-wired.
triumph carries a few, from the slightly expensive ones, to normal almost-cheap-ones. i hv 2 not-so-cheap once, and a few almost-cheap-ones.
one of the two not-so-cheap-ones wasn't really good, cepat rosak, the other one, still ok. the almost-cheap-ones, so far, so good. priced around rm29-rm39 (kalau time discount, murah ler sikit).
yg mahal sikit tu from rm69 above.
brand lain tak pernah cuba. brand emma jane pun glamer jugak for nursing bras. |

Hee hee. Susah la nak explain. I mean, bra yang takder shape, yang lembik tu la takder cup. hmm emma jane, elle mcpherson punya ok gak..ada lagi a few..saya pakai bravado, cariwell, n St Michael..my favourite..in that order, in fact, x suka langsung yg St Michael tu..beli pun sbb desperate nka pi holiday, takut x sempat kering..yg lain kena order online..

tah la, my breast naik size during pregnancy and BF, so memang sentiasa nampak besar. |

lg satu nk tanya psl air masak...
ada org nasihatkn aku supaya train kasi baby air masak supaya dh besar nnti dia dah biasa nk minum...tader la nk susu je..tul ke? i tot if bf full takyah kasi dh clear water..
lgpun susu badan kan macam2 rasa so cam secara logiknya dia ley terima air masak la bila besau nanti..ni teori aku je heheh..
lps tu apsal aku rasa cam breast belah kanan lg byk susu dr kiri? even slalu nyusu anak/pam aku akan alternate aa..

Apparently (as told by my mum n MIL ) zaman dorang dulu, they were told to give lots of air masak, supaya baby senang nak berak..
Recent evidence based guideline (by World Health Organization) says, no need. Exclusive BFing alone is adequate.
The reason being, exclusive BF alone is much safer overall, no risk of infection (mainly iin 3rd world country), unsuccessful breatfeeding ( kalau top up dgn air masak, you milk supply will probably decrease sbb bagi x isap)
Me personally, I'm following the current guideline, much more convenience to me. x yah risau2 nak rebus botol etc..
But, I have to say, it's soooo difficult to convince our older generation!!!
Initially, my mum was sceptical, x caya, but she just let me do it my way, Alhamdullilah, my son x pernah sembelit/ kembung etc..so since then dia percaya...sbb my sister, umur 30 hari dah kena bwk jumpa dr letak ubt kat bontot sbb x berak byk hari (minum formula) despite drinking lots of air masak...
Tapi my MIL is yet to be convinced! balik aritu..asal nangis je..dahaga kot tu...kat sana ok la sejuk..sini msia..panas etc etc....., well there's a truth in that, but he'll just drink more BM, babies are amazing!! They have strong survival instinct! Anyhow...tokleh bagi air masak anyway.. my son nak isap botol pun x reti..hehehe.

saya rasa kalau baby yg fully bfeed mmg tak perlu top up ngan air masak. tapi kalau baby on formula kena juga bagi..no harm rasanya if bagi air masak ni..tapi buka sebagai pengganti susu..just my 1 sen.. |
