bagus idea tu dewi...saya ni tang karipap pusing out skit....puas cari step by step buat karipap pusing....tapi bila follow tak cantik sgt....kdg jadi kdg tak.:tq::tq::tq: utk dewi.

like promise .. ni karipap pusing yg dewi buat this weekend... cara2 nak buat.. to be continued pagi esok yer.... nak titun lah dah kul 2.30 pagi dah ni.. dari tadi dok donload gambar kat photobucket baru habih ni.

sabar yer // dewi ni selalu guna camera hp kali ni guna digital camera tak reti nak adjust gambar tu lagi punya gedabak besar gambar nak kena resize dulu .

assalamualaikum semua...
mlam khamis baru2 ni ada ler buat karipap pusing tu...tapi tak cantik... dah ler masa last nak masuk inti tu..karipap cam terbuka..& kuar inti dia ikut pusing2 tu..:geram::geram:dia cam tak melekat sangat..... mungkin adunan ngan majerin tu lebik kit..nor tak tahu nak anggarkan banyak mana nak taruk majerin tu... sesape leh tolong selesaikan masalah ni...:pray::pray:tolong ler ...nak buat sampai menjadi ni.

adunan yg dewi selalu buat... 1 kilo tepung,

abt 120 - 150 gm crisco/spry+ margerin
tepung 250 - 300 gm untuk bancuhan ni

lebih nyer 700 gm untuk bancuhan dgn air.

dewi tgh resize gambar jap gi dewi tepek gambar cara buat nyer

crisco/spry + sikit margerin = 150 gm


tambah sikit2 tepung anggaran dlm = 300gm
tak ler exacly tambah sikit2 sampai adunan tak lekat kat tangan dan boleh di bulat2 kan macam ni... bahagi pada 8 bahagian

lebih tepung tadi tambah sesudu kecil garam dan bancuh dgn air sejuk tambah air sedikit sambil di uli .. hingga tepung tak melekat pada tgn.


macam ni... kalau terlebih air jgn risau .. tambah sikit2 tepung dan uli sampai dia elok tak melekat2.

uli sampai smooth macam ni


dan bahagi pada 8 bahagian

kalau tak larat nak uli tepung yg besar tu jadik licin...bahagikan pada lapan pas tu uli satu2 bah yg kecil ni pun boleh gak.

ambil bahagian bermargerin buh dlm bahagian tepung biasa...


bungkus dia elok2


dah habis buat untuk semua 8 bahagian tu .. tutup supaya tak kena angin dan biarkan selama lebih kurang sejam

roll tepung tu jadi nipis cam ni... dan potong dgn pisau dari tengah membawa ketepi


gulung hujung tepung


sampai habis cam ni


hasil nyer jadi cam ni

canai kan tepung bentuk cone tadi jadi panjang nipis cam ni mula dari satu hujung


gulung kan sedikit demi sedikit sambil mancanai


sehingga habis sampai hujung lagi satu lah


gulungan tu nanti pendek dan montel.. tekan dan roll dgn tapak tgn supaya dia slim
cara ni juga akan pastikan gulungan kita kemas jadik bila goreng dia tak terburai gulungan tu.

gulungan tadi di potong cam ni... kalau nak karipap comei potong nipis nak besar potong tebal la


pas tu canai nipis


buh inti karipap


tutup dan kemas kan


klim belah tepi kalu tak reti klim pakai garfu jer tekan tepi2 tu


hasil nyer.... boleh di simpan dalam peti sejuk bahagian frozen up to 2 weeks....
dewi selalu buat byk2 dan frozen kan ... pas tu nak makan baru goreng la sikit2


tips goreng karipap pusing ni .. api jgn panas sgt sederhana jer ok untuk dapatkan karipap yg rangup walaupun dah sejuk.

crisco ader jual kat pasaraya/ bakery supplies also known as lelemak sayuran atau vegetable shortening. rasa nyer adedah kak nor ker kak liza buh gambar nyer seba bbyk resepi guna lelemak sayuran ni.
