hi all,
lis pun tengah surver cara untuk diet... coz end of this year nak kawin...
hehehehe.. takut baju tak muat nanti...
baru je terbaca topik nie tue yang terus masuk..
rasa macam nak join ke diet atkins nie...
dulu lis penah try ubat ionamin 30g... amik dalam 2 bulan turun 10 kilo..
lepas tue bila doktor kata maintain sendiri... badan lis naik balik..
pastu jumpa doktor balik... dia kasi duramin.... tapi lis tak boleh tahan coz every morning bangun sakit kepala... macam nak pitam..
pastu stop terus tak makan apa-apa ubat...
try diet sendiri plak... malam tak makan apa2 pun tapi still tak boleh turun jugak.. lepas tue baru2 nie member lis ada recommend makan sendayu tinggi.. tapi lis belum try lagilah... so, bila terbaca forum nie pagi tadi, macam interested plak nak join atkins diet nie... lis harap you all dapat bantu lis...

Welcome to da club lis... meh le join akak-akak ni berdiet, kalau utk org belum kahwin ni nak kurus tu senang sikit..kalau dah beranak pinak ni agak lia lepat sikitlah lemak tu nak turun...
pagi ni punye report brekpes..
pagi tadi sempatlah mengstim brokoli, and telur rebus sebiji..and air suam..
lunch..tak tau gi nak makan apa...
p/s - waahh korang pepagi sepieee lagi dah masuk thread yee..btw, since korang dah bersua muka, juju citer skit mcam mana Lizzy, haku rasa dia ni tak gemuk manaaa...sorry ye ngumpat ko lizzy pepagi ni.. ehh..korang keje kat mane ek? |

tapi lis nie jenis yang susah nak turun ...
tapi kalau nak naik senang...
itu yang lis risau sangat nie... coz takut nanti orang ketawakan lis plak...
yelah orang nak kawin kurus tapi lis gemuk...
mak lis pun dah bising dah... emmm.. risau2
tulah.. rasa nya nak start atkins diet nie esok..

Juju, tpkan deheart baca kat atkins website, telur tu kaya ngan protein, and i only took 1 biji jek pun.. buat 3/4 masak.. pastu yg sosej tu actually is a cocktail sosej very the small one.. buat steam jer.. uwaaa.. masih tak betul ke...?
semlm dah belasah cereal ler.. takkan ari2 sama.. jemu seh hihihi....

juju, according to Dr Atkins egg is protein..we only eliminate on carbo and sugar..so any sorts of protein boleh...but limit to 2 bijik a day...any style...dia tak suruh kite cut down on fat...coz w/o carbo that will be healty fat yg help to burn the old stubborn one...kalau fat takde ..carbo takde....nak mampus? |

liz baru jer lepas browse atkins nyer bfast menu and recipes...tgk bfast bar cam senang jer terus makan tak yah nak masak ape2 but then again yg paling dekat atkins shop dekat australia...i was thinking maybe I can order..tapi nak check dulu dia punye 'halal' status...kalau sape nak kite leh order ramai2
menu lunch dgn dinner dia pun ok simple boleh buat sendiri.........
tapi kalau betul2 nak kurang kan 3-5kg in a week...boleh try menu kat bawah ni senang cari and kalau follow honestly boleh turun byk....my mom dah buat and still buat on and off..so far my mom dah turun 10kg dlm 2 bulan ni. ni resepi dia infact liz dah pernah post resepi ni before :-
Hari pertama
Pagi:
black coffee/tea (better w/o sugar)
1 grape fruit (korang tau kan?, yg cam limau tambun tu tapi kecik)
1 keping roti bakar better wholemeal
2 sudu teh peanut butter
lunch:
black coffee/tea
4 ozs tuna (yg dlm air nyer)
1 keping roti bakar
dinner:
1 keping cold meat (beli jer kat supermarket salami)
1 cawan buncis (steam)
4 ozs ice cream (perase vanilla jer)
1 biji apple hijau
Hari Kedua
pagi:
black coffe/tea
1 biji telur setengah masak
1 keping roti bakar
1/2 biji pisang
lunch:
4 ozs cottage cheese (kat cold storage senang dapat beli yg plain, liz suke jename buller)
5 keping tuc/ritz biscuits (plastic merah roti bulat kecik yg masin sikit tu)
dinner:
2 sausage (ayam / beef)
4 ozs brocolli (steams)
2 ozs carrots (steams)
1/2 biji pisang (tak yah steam)
4 ozs ice cream (vanilla tak yah mengade yg lain2 perisa)
Hari ketiga
Pagi:
black coffee/tea
1 telur rebus
1 keping roti bakar
lunch:
black coffee/tea
1 keping cheddar cheese
5 tuc/ritz biscuits
1 small apple
dinner:
4 ozs tuna
4 ozs beetroot (beli yg dlm can/beli yg fresh kat pasar...ubi beet)
4 ozs bunga kobis
half a melon
4 ozs ice cream
minum air byk 8-10 glasses, after 3 hari ni boleh makan cam biase tapi jgn melampau ler...then kalau nak sambung buat once a week...then makan cam biase
adoi penat taip panjang tul!!
lepas 3 hari ni makan cam biase nasi pun boleh tapi jgn makan melampau sgt.. |

Macam ringan sangat..macam takda tenaga.
Tapi dah biasa ...taklah ikut kan sangat.
